I reached out to BladeHQ shortly after placing my order to inquire about switching a knife with one from a different order. Unfortunately, I didnt receive a response until two days later, by which time my order had already shipped. Ive had excellent experiences with BladeHQ in the past, but this particular situation was quite disappointing. I was not offered any resolutions, like an exchange.Blade HQ, LLC
