      Placed an order for a Lionsteel Jack (in stock) on a Friday between **** and ****. 72 hours after order placed I had not received an email confirmation of order. Initiated call and found it very difficult to reach a staff member due to long hold times. Once reached staff stated order sent out today and they will would send confirmation/tracking email. Received email 2 hours later. 72+ hours from order to "on the road" not OK for me (unless a custom order). In my experience if you place an order for a product that is in stock at ****, it is on the road by that evening or next day at latest.
