      Excellent. I emailed to clarify how I wanted the engagement on the blade and handle and gave an example. Got back to me same morning. Now I am just waiting for it to get shipped to get tracking number.

      Praise God for the **************** Professional **** I have been doing business with BHQ for (6) years and I thought I had seen Super Woman - but **** is Super Woman+++ !! I was in a heck of a self inflicted wound with an order placement - having a nervous breakdown when **** figuratively held my hand thru my mess and with the calmness of a surgeon she fixed the situation beyond any human standards.I am in shock & awe of her CAN- DO attitude - sincere caring and shared in my excitement when the nerve racking experience was resolved!! I hope this Review goes to the ************* because I spent my career with **************** and professional expertise galore - **** is World Class and I do know what World Class looks like- and more importantly acts like!!!

      I had a great experience dealing with their customer service staff by the name of ******************** was very helpful in clearing up a question I had in reference to my first order with this company. When I initially could not track a package with **** website she explained to me how the system works and how it takes time for that to refresh after they have picked up an order. That put my unease to rest and I really appreciated her. She was thoughtful in a teaching moment.
