  I have purchased many knives from Blade HQ and despite a few QC issues, no fault of BHQ, I have had several interactions with customer service which I feel compelled to rate. 10 stars! ****** and others have been awesome and top shelf. I personally appreciate this above anything else so Blade HQ is my go to. Thank you to all of you for first class service.

  Response was within 24 hours as they promised. And they made no excuses and acknowledged the mistake. They then made more than a fair adjustment to my order as a gesture of goodwill. They did not have to do this, but they did. This was my first order with Blade HQ, but it won't be my last.

  THIS KNIFE WAS NOT AN E-X-P-******I-V-E PURCHASE, BUT AFTER HOLDING HOW HEAVY THIS KNIVES WERE.. I STOPPED THINKING ABOUT MY TINY A** PURCHASE, CAUSE WTF THUS KNIFE IS A M A Z ******* I LOVE THE BUILD OF THEIR KNIVES,THE WEIGHT OF THEIR KNIVES,QUALITY OF THEIR KNIVES, EVERYTHING IS AMAZING WITH THESE TWO PRODUCTS IF I KNEW ABOUT THIS KNIFE BACK IN 2015 I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT THEN..BUT, NOW, I AM GOOD.THING FEELS HEAVY & STURDY AS H*** & SPRING FEELS LIKE AFTER A COUPLE YEARS OR NOT ILL STILL FEEL OR AT LEAST JUST BE GOOD/FINE ???????THANKS KINDLY BROTHERS!??????

  I had an issue with an expired credit card on my profile causing my order not to process. **************** reached out to .e and coached me through the issue and how to fix it. Her diligence and knowledge of the process kept my order on track. I've always loved BHQ's selection, but now I'm sold on their service as well. Thanks again ****** ????

  I HAD PLACED AN ORDER AND THEN 2 HOURS LATER i DECIDED TO CANCEL AND SENT ***** AND CALLED JUST TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CANCELLED. the **** LOOKED UP MY ORDER, AND SAID THE ***** CANCELLED IT BUT SHE WOULD MAKE SURE IT WAS CANCELLED. GREAT SERVICE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS AND GALS!!
