      I had to contact support to cancel and order and Jen was very nice. (I later figured out that I can cancel my own order from the orders page in my profile). This has nothing to with Jen (Jen, you rock!) but I wish shipping was faster. My orders seem to just sit, I order something and the tracking will say "shipping label created", but the order just sits for too long. We are all grown children waiting for our new toys on Christmas lol.

      BladeHQ uses a flawed merchant checkout system that attempts to "auto-fill" user address entries. I input my address correctly, and then the system changed my address without me noticing. I have made thousands of online purchases, and never had this happen before. I am very careful about c checking every field. Unfortunately my $900+ order is now being shipped to the wrong address. BladeHQ claims they cannot do anything about it as their shipping and logistics company they contract to do that area of business for them is a separate entity. I immediately emailed their support, less than 5 minutes after the order was placed, with the correct address and what error their merchant backend system had with me. They shipped the item at 8am, and claimed they could not find the package in their warehouse (or I suppose the company they contract out couldn't) and that package ended up going out to the wrong address.I would usually side with the business on this type of issue, they sent the order to the address they received, however it is not and should not be the customers fault when your system is the one with the error. I was told there is a back-log of over 300 emails so support never saw my email before it shipped out, also not my fault BladeHQ does not employ enough support agents. I called at 10:30am that next morning and the first representative I spoke to gave me no help, she advised me to just file a chargeback with my bank and let them handle it. I am 100% certain they are not trained to tell customers to file a chargeback on issues like this. I called again an hour later and spoke to another woman who was sympathetic, but ultimately could not help. I suggested they use ****'s feature called "Package Intercept" and she reached out to their logistics company, and I have not heart back. Looks like I have out of $900+ and will no longer be a BladeHQ customer. It should be illegal to "correct" a user's address input, and their systems error caused me to lose $900.

      I've had two occasions to contact Blade HQ regarding my order. Once before the order and once during shipping. Both times I received a personalized reply that dealt exactly with my request and then question. I asked for special shipping because of an unusual situation with the **** here. There was no hold up when meeting this request. I had question about shipment tracking and it was answered promptly and accurately. This type of service is not the usual, Blade HQ offers unusually good service. I had ordered a Benchmade from Blade HQ in 2012 and I still have the knife.

      There was a problem with the delivery of my knife that had absolutely nothing to do with Blade HQtotally the fault of ****. I reached out to customer support to see if they could help. I received a reply from ****** very quickly who was nothing but helpful in the extreme. Although it wasnt Blade HQs fault ****** took charge and made sure that the issue was resolved quickly and decisively. Nothing but high praise. Excellent customer service which will cause me to buy from Blade HQ again and again. Super, professional support. Purchase with confidence, ****** has your back if anything isnt up to snuff.
