      Recently emailed BladeHQ with questions concerning a pre-order I am participating in for a new product they are offering. I emailed on Saturday not expecting an answer until Monday but I received an answer on Sunday from *** in their support department. Unfortunately *** couldn't answer either of my questions due to the vendor/ manufacturer not provided BladeHQ with information pertaining to the product they agreed to offer for pre-order on their website. This was still a pleasant interaction but I don't know any more than I did when I put down my deposit.

      I had a problem with an expensive OTF knitwear and reached out to Blade HQ for help. ****** promptly responded with a detailed email of possible causes and a number of ways to resolve the issues. I dont think I ever got a better or faster level of customer service from and gun or knife company or for that matter any company. I plan on trouble shooting AGS per her recommendations.
