Mrs. ****** was so friendly. Helped me with some questions about ordering, and patient with me as I went through the online order process. I wanted this certain Kershaw knife. Speaking with *******, Blade HQ was recommended as a quality company and also have low prices.Thru Mrs. ****** assistance, I bought the exact knife Ive been looking to buy.I called back later regarding a confirmation email and Mrs. ****** answered again. She remembered my name and order. She explained it usually takes a little longer but she emailed an invoice receipt to me immediately.Great service and I am already looking thru Blade HQ for my next purchaseBlade HQ, LLC

Blade HQ has amazing customer service along with products. I had to exchange a knife due to a failed surprise gift and *** was more than helpful to assist me. This will be the only place I will purchase knives from after this experience.Blade HQ, LLC

So I bought a Knife from Blade HQ and the price was fantastic. I couldn't believe how low it was. I bought a Kershaw flatbed spring assisted. I've been wanting a spring assist knife for a while but couldn't stomach the prices for my EDC. Then I found Blade HQ. Got the knife and it was exactly what I hoped for. Light weight, deep carry super sharp and it pops open without an wrist flick or anything a single finger opens it. So I got exactly what I wanted for a great price and shipping was quick and free. After a few days I noticed a s**** was missing and so I emailed into Blande HQ about it asking I'd they could send me a s**** or a ***lacment knife. They didn't have that as an option but immediately issued me a refund. I was blown away and will be looking with them for all my future purchases. Good company *** N is the *** who handled my email and I'm blown away by the excellent service.Blade HQ, LLC

Blade HQ is a great place to shop for knives. They're always fast to ship, and they take care in packaging so that my purchases arrive intact. I'm also happy with their customer service. Today, I was assisted by ***, who responded to my emails quickly and was kind and helpful.
