      I always thought JetBlue was a good airline. The more I associate myself with them, the worse they get. The last flight I took they bent over backwards to let you know your ticket was almost worthless and everybody else on board was better than you. But my biggest beef was that I applied for their credit card and it was a bait and switch scam. The offer was for ****** flight points but but when I signed up and spent the money they said somehow you chose the ****** point offer. I even gave them a screenshot of the offer but they said I clicked on the wrong offer. Yeah, right. Plus, their points dont add up to much. Their customer service is terrible also. They run their business like scammers do. Customer satisfaction is never a priority. Never apply for their credit card.

      First cancelled my flight, rescheduled next day. Delay caused missed connecting flight. Woman at the "GO Help" Desk, rude, arrogant and unwilling to help. Supervisor a no-show on scene. Left me stranded in JFK. Had to take American Airlines back home (out of pocket). Cancelled plans, lost rental and hotel. Made complaint with JB ***************** Received standard computerized response. Pressed on and received email from "*******". ***** later missed her call back. Left message, received response she would call again. Two weeks later, still have not heard of anything further. It's no wonder they have an "F" rating. Cancelled my JB Credit card, sold all JB stock. Never again.

      We booked and Covid hit They granted us a year extension and Covid surpassed this. My wife is a school teacher and still dealing with Covid outbreaks. Finally ready to book a trip to ****** for kids and they will not extend losing us over $3500 dollars Out of touch with reality!! This really stings. Please be careful with this company.

      I booked a vacation package with JetBlue and upon arrival, the hotel was shut down. Ive tried to contact JetBlue to no avail. When I finally got someone on the phone, little to no concern for my safety and didnt seem to care about what happened. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for somewhere to stay without JetBlue help. 4 days later I received a disrespectful email stating they can offer $166 back on my card because theyre unable to get any $ back from that hotel and if anything they lost $ as well. Also not to call again about this because theyre done dealing with it.

      Worked for this company and they have not paid me for 2 days of work. I repeatedly contact payroll and the manager and they refuse to speak to me or verify if I am owed money. I am seeking a lawyer next. It's been snice May 4th and I have been very patient. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!

      Terrible business to deal with. I have travel bank credit that is about to expire on 9/30/2022. I want to book a flight to ********* **. Jet Blue purchased ******** Airlines. AA flies to *********. Because AA does & NOT Jet Blue I can not use my travel bank credit. Jet Blue will NOT refund anything to original form of payment. My credit is due to a flight cancelled in March of 2020 because of COVID. I dont travel much. I spoke with a supervisor. She said I can book far in advance as their schedule allows. **************** stated they cant extend dates of credit any more even though COVID is still happening. I either book or loose my credit. Who says that to customers that help put food on their table? Their prices in 2023 are DOUBLE the price 1 WAY than what I originally purchased for. The round trip ticket would be approximately $1220! My travel bank credit is $319.96. Who the h*** can afford this! I waited 2 hours for a call back. But on their behalf hurricane *** just happened. When the call finally came through at 9:00pm it was a lousy *************** got disconnected. Jet Blue you need to greatly improve your customer service & maybe even review your policies.

      The most horrible and discriminating experience I have ever had in my life. JetBlue has no respect for us passengers. I was removed from my flight in the most grotesque way possible. JetBlue staff is horrible to the point that when I went to customer service one of them replied to me with and I quote "I don't give a fuck" Tried to speak with the supervisor she did nothing sent a letter to de CEO he did nothing the Executive Leadership team did nothing. They get away with anything. It's a shame what they have become. Thugs with uniforms. Terrible airline terrible customer service terrible corporate culture.

      HORRIFIC customer service and EXTREMELY overpriced. I spend a very large amount of money on very overpriced plane tickets. I payed extra on top of that in order for them to be fully refundable. I received an email confirming this from JetBlue stating that my ticket is fully refundable and will be refunded in the original form of payment if cancelled. I am less then 2 weeks away from my travel date and the island I am traveling to has been hit with a hurricane and is being evacuated so I am no longer able to go. I cancelled my flight and received a refund through travel points rather then to my bank account so I called customer service to fix this.After waiting 65 minutes to get in contact with someone on the phone he was of no help. Told me I was incorrect and by the end of the telephone call he specifically told me that I was "wasting his time" but he "will continue to repeat himself to me for as long as I want" and that he could do that all day. The customer service was horrific and I have never had to end a service phone call on terms like that. It was extremely disrespectful. On top of that the amount of false advertisement on the JetBlue website referring to refunds is unbelievable. It is apparently just an easy way to get extra money out of you with no intention to follow through with what those additional fees are actually for.

      We booked a flight with jet blue for this coming October. So far They have changed the times of our flights six times since we booked them. We had to cancel out outgoing flight and rebook it though south west because the time change got in 5 hours after the original time. This would make us late for a show we booked for that night. They refunded us half our points thats we used to book the flight but those points are now only worth 1/4 of what they one were. They have now changed the time of our return flight once again. I have no faith that they will not change it again. Never again will I fly this airline. They are a nightmare to deal with. Hope the fold..after our trip :/
