      I have flown JetBlue and carry their credit card for many years. We were notified a hurricane was hitting our destination at the times we are flying out. I called and sat on hold for over an hour and twenty minutes to be told they will not cancel my flights without fees. Referred me back to the website that DOES NOT WORK to uncheck in and cancel flights I explained to the *** on the phone and she stated tacking on fees then tells me she is unable to cancel my flights. Then tells me contrary to the weather systems that where we are Flying out of on FLL wont be effected by the hurricane. SERIOUSLY. Giving us no option but to fly into hurricane weather? I habe asked to speak with a supervisor and have say on hold another 37 minutes. How are You going to NOT LOOK AFTER the well being of your passengers?

      JetBlue is biggest racketeering scam I bought tickets on August 20 and left on cruise when I came back they said my reservation was canceled I dont know by whom except JetBlue because when I bought tickets they were 49 each way no same ticket 400 it looks like JetBlue canceled reservation because tickets are to cheap I called customer service Turi and her supervisor ******* just singing to same tune but 0 customer service I dont know but customer always right but not according ********************** I cant give even one star this massage I will share on internet so people know how JetBlue operates very disappointed I will never fly with JetBlue and travel 400 days year business

      Having an employee argue with you then take a picture with my personal information on it has to be some of the craziest business practice Ive ever come across.

      Was in ******, ****** and company was trying to scam my father in law because he didnt have his resident card in person. Telling us that he couldnt board the plane. But then proceeded to tell us that he would have to pay 650 dollars to board the plane, unless we could get a picture of the card. Once we were able to obtain the picture, they said that he would run the risk of losing his residency if they printed the ticket. When we asked for a manager they told us that he was unavailable at the moment. When arriving to the ************* I asked the customs agent if this was correct and he stated that it was a scam and that the green card wasnt necessary because they have it already documented on file. I would like my money returned for the flight that he was booked for and want to put them on notice that potentials legal actions may be taken upon them for this false claim

      For such a ***utable company, their customer service is sub-par - - I've not gotten a *** yet who can help me. In addition, due to a family crisis i had to move my flight up ONE day and was informed the fare difference would be credited to my flight bank. That seemed fair. It was about $350 so it mattered. Three months later, several calls, and two unanswered letters and I still don't have the credits in my flight bank. Interesting how the "low budget" Breeze airlines gives the customer no problem when a flight has to be cancelled (death in family, hurricane, etc) and puts the airline $ credit in the flight bank for future use. We will not be flying JetBlue ever again!

      I have to write this. Yesterday I had a very bad experience with the treatment and customer service of Mrs. ******* in ************. She doesn't have the capacity or the education to serve the public.She is rude, without any humanity, treating everyone in a bad way, not just me, who felt discriminated against for my seat, when I went to ask her for information about the location of my husband's and my seats, which she intentionally, I don't know why, placed us separately. I went to the gate to see if she could explain to me the reason for her decision, and she said: "Because they are already assigned" and I said: "Did the middle passenger pay extra for that seat? I don't think so, in line 12 above the wing and in the center" and she replied "Mama, maybe yes, when you sit down ask him if he wants to move." And the manner was so incorrect and strong, that I have to leave it in writing, in case some Jetblue Airline Supervisor in that place reads this, he can tell him that "To work with the public you have to have education and knowledge of what you are saying first." To my surprise, the passenger in the middle seat, was the same one she had mistreated in front of me. The gentleman, very kindly, said to me: "Switch seats with me, I'll move, because I heard your conversation with her" and I replied: "Thank you *** because I heard how she mistreated you too.". So, this is the proof how she treated all the customers who came to the Gate because I was watching. Thank you.

      I am extremely frustrated with how today went. Of no fault of Jet Blue. I booked through *** benefit site. Ms ****** from ***** worked with me from the line. Yes you read that correctly, while people where waiting she was actively providing customer service and guidance before you even reach the counter. My issue was my charge was not the same amount as the itinerary from work causing my card to decline. She was able to see the it was a third party who did it not Jet Blue. The person I spoke to at the counter was also helpful. Due to the proof of what happened and calling the bank to release my card she was able to make sure I make it to my destination today. There was only two more flights I have mistakenly said I wanted the soonest flight which was a 555 to ****** but I would be arriving at midnight. She saw that there was a flight leaving later with no stops that would get me there sooner. She was also going above and beyond to even call her supervisor to make sure I had a ticket. Because calling the bank and Mondee had me past the 30 minute from flight window. But she advised the supervisor that she told me to try to call first before she issued a ticket because if ****** was able to fix it she would just cancel the flights. Since jet blue had no other flights she advised I would have to take one of the available or Mondee would have to book me on a different airline.

      I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at JetBlue for numerous reasons. One of our family members has a peanut allergy and was told by JetBlue to notify the stewards so they could announce the allergy to surrounding rows to help avoid someone eating peanuts. The stewards did no announcements so we had to go to other passengers and explain the allergy ourselves but that was after they were already eating peanut products. Very unsafe condition. The next complaint I have is while I was on my next flight, JetBlue cancelled just me and my family members following flight so when I was in line trying to get on with other passengers we were all denied entrance. We were told our new flight will be in a couple hours but that one was delayed so we missed our bus home. I am very disappointed with JetBlue

      Jetblue never sent me an email confirmation. When I reached out to cancel, they told me I could cancel online, and cancelling online requires you to create a jetblue bank account, which is predatory and ridiculous.
