      Beware of JetBlue and the JetBlue Plus credit card. They say upfront that you can make a payment with a different card, and once your JetBlue CC arrives they say you can call and switch the payment to get the benefits of the JetBlue Credit card. I reached out and was told that because I used a small amount of reward points ($50 worth on a $2,300 flight), that I could not change the payment, and thus not get any benefits of the credit card that I was going to pay $99 annually for. When I asked to escalate the issue, I was told they could not do it. I see now that JetBlue has an F BBB rating and a 1.05 star customer rating. I wish I came to this site before working with JetBlue, never again.JetBlue and their arbitrary rules make the ease of doing business with them impossible; customer satisfaction has long suffered. I remember first flying with them in 2012, they were an outstanding newer airline. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case; someone should do something about this company and their poor customer service.

      After canceling our flight toLas Vegas for 4 PEOPLE November 07, 2024 , by JETBLUE airlines , *** got a credit on my travel bank account, of ********** pretty big amount and good for a future travel. Later I found out, my travel bank was suspended. The reason was - my travel agent disputed a part of this amount , only $356. And this dispute was resolved and denied .Then I found out , my own bank credit on Jet blue airline still frozen for 3 months !!! I cant use it , because of this dispute, which already finalized.Airline hold this money for months ? For what I been punishing? For stupid airline policy, as Ive been told? For someone also dispute, which was resolved already? ***** ********

      I tried to relocate my boyfriend and my seats on line. I wanted to down grade to 11th row so we could sit next to our older parents. I tried two or three time i adjust them online and they kept bouncing back to where I started. So I called jetBlue an a staff set the seat right, he told me I would refunded the difference. I did let him know that I tried online and it kept bouncing back to original seats, he said not to worry everything is all set. When I came home from my trip to MX 10/12 a few days later I checked ny card and was BLOWN away! 20 charges from jetblue merchant for almost $1000.00 all were charged on the 10th which is weird because the night I spoke with JetBlue to change the seats was the night before my flight on 10/11. There 20 charges 14 charges for $23 and 6 charges of $99. I have been trying to fix this problem since called ******** to fix it and hey did 3 way call with jetblue and the *** said he only saw the refunded charges and no Jetblue merchant charge. It still has not been corrected and to boot ******** has messed up my credit card so bad, because the marked a bunch of random jetblue charge from back in August 2024 as fraud, even though they were already paid for back in September and were not even the correct charges! All of the 20 Jetblue charges I asked to dispute were back to back on 10/10/2024. This is unbelievable! And I am going to give it a few nore days the report both parties to the ************************************.

      As we were boarding we were informed the plane had damaged and we were delayed 5+ hours. We missed our connection and had to spend the night at another city. They said they would send an email to reimburse us for the hotel night and now they say they wont as they call it an environmental factor. It was absolutely not weather related but an aircraft problem.

      Absolutely trash. We will NEVER fly this horrendous airline again. This was our honeymoon to ********. We were over charged for a bag that left ********* at the same time we did, however, we went to ******** and our bag went to ***. We had to go to the airport across the island at 3am to get it off the next flight. Compensation? $100 travel credit that Ill never use bc this airline is atrocious. The lovely lady at the counter in ********** was very polite and waived our bag fee leaving ******** bc our bag was under 100lbs (2x50=100) and were both military. She advised us to call for the $150 refund. I did so and not only got told no, but when I asked to be transferred, I was hung up on. A completely polite and civil interaction, the *** was mostly professional, and nothing bad happened or was said. I asked to be transferred and -click- The inconsistency with this airline is abhorrent. We were also given a very harsh warning about ppl complaining that we were vaping on the plane - neither my husband nor I smoke, but the flight attendant wouldnt hear any of that and basically said if anyone else complained, wed be met with law enforcement when we landed and criminally charged/fined. The free, inflight WiFi was awesome. Thats literally the ONLY good thing I can say about this abysmal company.

      I was supposed to board a flight out of *** (*******) to *** (***) at 2:15 PM EST and arrive in *** at 4:59PM EST. The flight was delayed for 3 hours due to the fact that Jetblue aircraft we were supposed to board left the passengers wheelchair at the previous location. The passenger refused to get off the aircraft and it delayed the process for about 3 hours. When we arrived at the new gate (we had to go to another plane) people were very angry. MANY missed their connecting flights and there was outrage. We were ALL told we would get an email in a couple days with our compensation due to the fact that this was Jetblue's admitted fault. I missed my Broadway show I was supposed to attend that evening. I called up Jetblue today and they stated that they are not at fault even though it clearly states we are due compensation due to their own "Passenger Rights" document. This is wrong and dishonest. They were incompetent and LIED to us about compensation. What type of business does this? Absolutely egregious behavior on their part. I would like to file a formal complaint.

      I would give less than one star for this nonsense. I had 2 browsers open to book a flight, one was using miles and one was using money because your site doesn't allow me to do it together. I completed my (2) flights using miles, then went to book the other 3 for my family and the price jump up over $50 of me completing my free flights. I might as well booked them with American for all 5 flights cheaper.

      Jetblue separated our six-week-old infant from his parents when a Jetblue agent booked seats for my wife and I over the phone, approximately one month ago. The agent did not explain this to us (that he was separating myself from my nursing wife and baby). When we contacted Jetblue, attempting to resolve this apparent conflict between Jetblue's conduct with its own policy, Jetblue blamed us and let us know that it's merely a convenience for a parent to sit with an infant and let us know that Jetblue isn't willing to do anything for us.

      We booked our family vacation through ******* and unfortunately our flight was on JetBlue who canceled our trip and postponed it to the next day which caused us to lose one day of our vacation and a night reservation at the hotel for 5 people in 2rooms.The worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life.They dont want to take the consequences for their mistake nor offer a suitable compensation.The whole situation was their fault.
