I want this UCC off my company. I don't want to to do buisness with these people and haven't even given them the supporting documents needed to enter in to such a contract. As soon as they got a "online signature" from what was suppose to be a application to give me a "quote" on insurance they went right ahead and filed a UCC. This is bad buisness and I would never ever recommend anybody to this sheisty company full of scammers and con artists. I will be hiring an attorney and going after these guys .Business Response

UCC filings are for companies to announce there intend to do business with you if there is any interest shown and you are approved. We specialize in giving loans and helping small trucking companies get started and dont do credit checks. You qualified with us, showed some interest, so we filed to show our intent to work with you.
That being said. Sorry to hear you dont want to try us. This process might now have gone smooth for you, but we are the best in the business and save customer thousands with 0 interest loans for fuel, and cheep but excellent programs.

I am rejecting this response because:I showed intrest yes and I was suppose to recieve a quote from your insurance guy before I agreed to anything is what we talked about on the phone. Hence why I never sent over my documents (w9) (DRIVERS LISCENCE) (PROOF OF INSURANCE)the insurance I got quoted through ******'s was through the roof I would be working to pay insurance I got quotes from other companies averaging 5 to 7k cheaper and your fuel card yall told me over the phone that I was going to save 60- 1$ on every gallon. This here is just a credit line card I looked in to it with a 2 cent saving per gallon. I don't need credit on a gas card like I explained to tour people this is my second buisness venture already having a successful first company doing pools waterfalls and fountains. But you didn't even send me a direct phone number to get ahold of you or a direct email . Why ? I've tried to contact customer service multiple times and no response no one answers my texts or emails I've wrote. I will try again Monday but please instead of wasting my time and you can do something about this give me your direct number or email. I don't never have to run this buisness to be successful it was more or a side buisness. I really would love yall to take the *** off and I will approve your comments and remove this off your **** ess ASAP I don't want neither of us being effected negatively through our buisness. What this company is doing is super illegal. They put a ucc filing under my company without any authorization. I have been calling them for over a week to get a letter of release and nobody gives us an answer. We are literally trapped since no company wants to factor us without this letter of release. We opened in may 19 Nitro transportation LLC and they put a ucc on our company in may 22 without any signature; even sent out fuel cards that were never activated. And you call them and nobody can transfer to a manager or give you an extension for someone to call. I already did the ucc termination request and still have not heard back from them. I've been trying to get in contact with fleet smart to take the Ucc off me for 3 or more weeks...I've spoken with the same representative over and over again who can't help me with anything..I am tired of hearing the same thing over and over again they emailed me a release form I filled it out and sent it right back to them and I still haven't gotten a phone call back thts all I keep hearing...I ASK who is the person I need to speak with they said Michelle but can never get a whole of them.
..I've called them on 3 way with the company I'm trying to handle my factoring with told them they sent out a email of release to them and never got a response back so we both talk to fleet smart representative to get this taken care of ...I don't want your business nor your fuel cards...and it's funny how I'm reading all these complaints and I see nothing being resolved....what is the next step we have to go to to make this go away this is holding up alot of money for me....we need this done asapBusiness Response

Sorry that has happened. Normally our customer service is excellent. If you will give me the customer service persons name I’ll have it dealt with ASAP. The company Bluewater capital Fleetsmart is a scam! They are affiliated with US Business service and has put a ucc lein on my company before it has a chance to run. I need a release document of ucc to start working. It has been nothing but round abouts. No one can help, no manager is ever on duty when you ask for employees ID they don't have one. We are a new trucking business and were contacted by Fleetsmart back in March 2023. We agreed to receive INFORMATION from them, however never agreed to do business with them. They sent ** a fuel card that has never been activated or used. On June 21, 2023 we signed a contract with a factoring company and were not able to complete our set-up process. We were informed that they put a UCC lien 1 on our business. We have called them multiple times and every customer service rep that answers says that there is only one person in the entire company named ******** from account services that can remove this lien and provide us with a Letter of Release. We have sent numerous emails and called on a daily basis. At one point, we actually spoke with ******** and were informed that we would receive our letter of release the week of July 3rd. Shocker, still nothing. We have tried to get in contact with ******** multiple times and got the run around each time. No one has a direct contact phone number or email for her. This company is a fraud! They are hindering my business with this lien. They should never have placed a lien on our business.Business Response

This place is a scam!! There should be a law in place to protect new businesses. I answered their call and agreed to nothing. I even told them not to send me anything because my company wasn't up and running yet However just like everyone said, 2 days later we got fuel cards in the mail. We didn't think nothing of it just threw them in the trash. We went to get factoring services and we can't because Fleet Smarts states that we signed with them. First off. All of our services are legit and work as stated. Our factoring and fuel programs are second to none, and sense you never tried our services there is no way to no if we are a scam. (Which we are not)
second, on 05/16/23 16:38 your company requested the following.
2 cards requested. Will still decide on the payment terms currently under Preload - Offered 0% factoring and Insurancethis shows interest in doing business with **, and our Ucc was informing of our intentions to do business with you all of which is legal and properly done. Im sorry you felt that you showed no interest, but the call indicated otherwise.
3. If you had followed through with your original intent you would have found that not only did all the services work as advertised, but are industry leading, and the best service to help new trucking companies save money, and quickly get funding and fuel savings same day.
4. If your interest in doing business with us has changed, all you needed to do was call us ************ and we will remove it same day as long as you dont owe us any money at the time. Sorry again you feel misunderstand we would love the opportunity to show you that we are not a scam and how much better we are then any other service. We can still provide 0% factoring to you today if you are in need.

I started a trucking company Trbula Transport LLC and was looking for a fuel savings card. I came across FleetSmart and did end up filling out an application through them for a fuel card without any knowledge that ******************** would file a blanket UCC on my company keeping me from factoring with ANY company. In this market, I cannot operate without a factoring company. The factoring company I signed up with contacted ******************** with a legal Demand Letter to remove this UCC filing 30 days ago, and have heard nothing back. This should be completely illegal for a company to blindly do and then not reply to the demand letter. I want this UCC removed NOW. Do not ever do business with a company that has no value in honesty and no value in the customer. How could anyone live with themselves knowing they are keeping a company from operating in these hard times?Business Response

We are sorry to hear that this has caused a problem. Couple things. 1. Any loan with collection procedures to be given to a company is to be reported and filed.
2. Any factoring company can request us to move to second position of which we will happily do so and you keep the fuel program.
3. Anytime you wish, you can call our customer service line and have your account closed and the *** removed. Depending on the state, the government can take up to 14 business days to accomplish this once we notify them.
4. If another factoring company is telling you that they can factor you because of our ***, it is only because they arent willing to call and ask us to move in Second position.

The Ucc was filed for the fuel line of credit that was agreed too. If you do not want the line of credit, we will cancel it.
