    Fleetsmarts bullied me into signing up for their fuel program. I never signed any contract or document never made a login or gave them any personal information. Ispoje with a lady 10 minutes ago and told her I already received a fuel card and I did not need her fuel card, she instantly filed a UCC filing. Im sure thats against the law. My factoring company let me know immediately and we need this removed. Immediately. This company is a scam

    Sorry if there was any confusion. We have hundreds of new customers a week. Did you cannot customer service for the removal?  If you have any problems let me know. It shows on your account you showed interest in the program and was qualified for our top fuel program with a 0 interest credit line. That’s why they did it. We can have that removed quickly

    This company is deliberately falsifying information to obtain business I told them I want interested in their business and they took over my business how do they have this power I’m looking at the complaints it’s the same thing over and over they call you you tell them not interested they still have the power to override your decision and now I can’t even get paid from a company that I want to business with it or overall how are they able to do this and I’m new to this I have no idea for to reverse their decision the mind games they’re gone play this definitely should be illegal unethical!

    First off. UCCs are for companies to announce our intentions to do business with you. Other companies can do business with you as well, but they will want to know we aren’t leading you money first. But most salesman are to lazy to do that. That being said. If you call the customer service line and let them know you are no longer interested in doing business with us, they will have it removed. If you have any problems with them, respond to this and I’ll have someone get in contact with you. That being said, don’t let lazy sells people get you frustrated. All factoring companies do the same thing, but we are one of the only ones who allow for a public image.

    This company fraudulently took my information won’t release me from a contract that I didn’t enter willing it was forced upon my company read the reviews on bbb complaints about this company it’s ridiculous they’ve had my information for over a week how hard can it be to delete a business that you forced yourself on! This is ridiculous! I need them to immediately release my company of any illegal binding contract they imposed upon my company immediately I never wanted to do any business with this company! Look at the response their stop talking about they have competitive rates and lazy sales person I don’t care about any of that! Please release me im unable to get paid for jobs all because this company impeded on my rights impeded on my choice impeded on my freedom imposed and penalizing me because I don’t want to do any business with them !! Omg release me from the UCC I didn’t hire endorsed or subscribe to your services!! So far I’ve lost over $6000 in potential business Ask because of their ridiculous unethical business practices!!!

    I have recently applied for a trucking authority that is not yet active. Once I filed, my authority representative explained that people would be contacting me trying to sell me services and to just ignore the calls and emails. This is what I did. I received a text message and 2 emails from Mark at fleet smarts that I did not respond to.

    This company then proceeded to file a fraudulent UCC1 form against my company which i am seeing this is what they do to a lot of people. I had my attorney look into them and found that they are associated with Blue Water Capitol and filing these fraud documents though an EL Paso, TX company that happens to have an address at a post net copy place named US BUNSINESS SERVICES. They are placing fraudulent UCC1 filings on unsuspecting new companies to get other factoring companies to decline them so they are the only ones left to do business with. They are also soliciting 5 star Google reviews in exchange for releasing the UCC1 form. I am formally giving a chance to release this UCC1 filing from my company Waymaker Ranch Holdings, LLC Immediately before I contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation to file charges for this 1st degree felony.

    I recently filled out an application with Fleetsmarts for use of their fuel card. I never signed a contract or used their fuel card and they filed a UCC lien on my company. I have been attempting to get it removed for over 30 days now. I have filled out the information and sent it back and they keep telling me they have not received. I ask to speak with a supervisor or manager and they tell me they are not available, they do not have a way to transfer my call to them, and they do not have a phone number for me to contact them directly. I have had to retain an attorney to help me get this removed.

    Fleetsmarts is a big company that provides services to carriers that want them. I was contacted by their sales department to provide me with a fuel card that was even sent to me to just see if I used it or not. I had no idea that they put a lien on my company without making any agreement or contract with them to begin with. Now, *** been really trying to get a hold of their manager in charged of this matter and theyre just giving me the runaround to resolve this issue. I get no response or follow up on this and would like to resolve it as soon as posible due to financial losses because of their fraudulent activities.

         My name is ***************************** and my business name is D&S 222 Llc. Out of *****,**. I would like to reopen this complaint due to the fact that opposing company put a lien against my company and I havent been able to fully operate due to this lien. 
    Ive reached out to this company (Fleetsmarts) out of **** and requested a (LOR) letter of release and they just been giving me the runaround for months now and I need to urgently resolve this matter with immediately.  I really would appreciate if you could help me with this situation and get this resolved soon.

    Falsely put a UCC against my company. I have never signed an agreement with them. They are holding my company hostage from doing business where I choose to do business. They are refusing to terminate the **** I have contacted them for 3 weeks now, with no avail of correction being made.

We specialize in giving loans and helping small trucking companies get started and dont do credit checks. You qualified with us, showed some interest, so we filed to show our intent to work with you. 

    that being said. If you dont owe us any money, we can remove it same day.  If you give me what name your account is under I can have it investigated, also provide me with dates and times you call, and we will investigate the phone calls you made.  But please know if you bought any fuel on our program you have to pay for it before we can remove the **** That being said, we have the best factoring available if you need factoring before the fuel is paid.

    We looked into setting up a commercial fuel program with ********** for my trucking company but decided to go with their competition. We are unable to proceed with the competing company until ********** releases the *** for my company. We have filled out the required online form to have this done and have called them now 5 times asking for this to be completed ASAP. They dont have a manager and claim the department working on this cannot be reached by phone or email.

    The company as with many others have put a ucc against my business without permission. They force you to sign documents with promises its just for future uses. They will ignore your calls and threaten with termination fees which they legally cant enforce if its not in the contract.     I am rejecting this response because: youre business literally ignores my phone calls now. *** been trying to get in contact with ******************************* for a week and she refuses to respond. The contract has no end date in it which means I can end the contract anytime I wish. Youre employees are trying to threaten me with a early termination fee. One person said **** another said **** and then someone said *********************************************************************************************************************** into staying with the company. Your company is trying to coerce me to do business with you. 

    I literally called 50 times yesterday for my call to be ignored every single time . Youre agreement with me has no end date. Has no early termination clause. Was supposed to be thru Wex and Wex has no info about my company for factoring and I declined the factoring with your company several times and didnt sign the paperwork on the fuel card agreement for factoring and submitted it several times and you guys kept send the documents back requesting I sign the factoring page as well even if I currently have a factoring company.

    If youd like to make the effort to reach out to me personally and solve this issue and give me my letter of release we can move forward and solve these issues. But your employees wont answer nor respond to me.

You did sign a contract and my team is working on a solution for you, but it takes some time.  Theres a lot that goes into motion when you accept the deal that will have to be reversed and determination of costs. If you need something right this second, then you will need to pay the termination fee. But if you want it waived, you need to allow us time to work through it.

    first off yes I signed a contract and you guys insisted j sign a factoring agreement to get my fuel card and insisted it was just for future reference if I ever decide to factor with fleetsmarts. 
    then when I go to factor a load with my current factoring company you guys went Ahead a put a ucc on my company as you do to 100 of peoples business and the bad reviews show it as you do it unauthorized constantly. Then you try to bully people into staying with you. Threatening illegal early termination fees of $1k-5k  which is illegal to threaten that if its not on the contract. You cant force anyone to pay if they never agreed. And then the contract I did sign didnt have a end of term date therefore I am legally allowed to terminate at anytime I desire. 
    your company is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. The your reps ignore 100s of my phone calls. Get no return calls or emails. 
    your companys morals are horrible and I wish people knew before ever contacting you. Your response to this and your attitude tells customers everything they need to know

    I called and ask what service do I have with that company and I dont have any products or signed any paperwork and comes to my attention they filed a UCC on my business. They have recording of conversations to try to tie you in so I know they have records of the disagreement that companys call in.  I just want my letter of release, I dont owe you you dont owe me nothing but my letter.

    the immediate release of TABI Delivery LLC from any and all
    obligations, agreements, or claims associated with **********
    Services.

    To provide some context, I initially contacted ********** Services to
    inquire about any services or agreements my business, TABI Delivery
    LLC, may have had with your company. To my surprise, it came to my
    attention that a Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filing had been made
    against my business by ********** Services, even though we have not
    engaged in any contractual agreements, signed any paperwork, or
    received any products or services from your company.

    In an attempt to resolve this matter, I have contacted **********
    Services over ten times via phone calls and have submitted formal
    requests for a letter of release. Despite my persistent efforts to
    clarify this situation, I have encountered significant challenges in
    obtaining a satisfactory response. Furthermore, I am in possession of
    phone logs, emails, and documentation evidencing my attempts to
    rectify this issue.

    I must express my disappointment in the manner in which this situation
    has been handled, and I firmly believe that this ongoing dispute
    should be resolved promptly and professionally. I have also submitted
    a UCC termination form as requested by ********** Services on August
    23, 2023, but to date, no action has been taken to process it.

    On August 30, 2023, I made yet another attempt to resolve this issue
    through a phone call, but regrettably, the matter remained unresolved.
    Furthermore, on August 31, 2023, at 5:30 PM, I was informed by a
    processed. However, as of today's date, no progress has been made in
    this regard.

    I kindly request that ********** Services take immediate action to
    process and ***** the release of TABI Delivery LLC from any
    obligations, agreements, or claims associated with your company. I
    wish to emphasize that there are no outstanding debts or obligations
    between us, and my sole purpose is to obtain the letter of release as

    *************************** from TABI Delivery did call today like I be been ask several times and to no avail same results. September 13, 2023 I called at 6:27 and once I said release I was hung up on . I called at 6:29 an agent answered and didnt speak and 6:30 same results. Straight scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!  What this company is doing to a disable veteran is a slap in America face after all these years was served. I will not be force to sign with **********! Letter of release! Never sign any agreement and No I do not intend to do business with **********!

    Ok, I have opened an investigation into those times you called.  ** having the phone records pulled and will listen to them.  Until then, I show your UCC set to be terminated but that when they called you, there wasnt an answer to confirm.  Please keep in mind it has to be the person who agreed to use our services who has to approve it.  And if you have already approved it, make sure it still hasnt been removed, and look for ********* call.
