      The quality of their furniture is fairly high and they have a good selection. My main complaint is with their financing system. If you aren't able to pay down your credit account quickly, interest accrues at an exponential rate, negating any previous payments. They also charge interest on interest, an arguably unethical business practice akin to that of a predatory lender. If you are a few days late on a payment, they report it to the credit bureaus immediately and begin sending threatening letters and calls from their collections department. They also take their sweet time reporting on-time payments. When I last explained I was experiencing some financial hardship that was making it difficult to make payments on time, I was met with a shrug and was essentially told to pay them regardless or I would be sent to their legal department. For such an established business, their responses have been extremely callous and inconsiderate. I understand that their intention is to make as much money as possible, but quite frankly I think there is room in their business practices for a little more understanding.

      We are sorry you feel that you are being taken advantage of with regards to your credit.I reviewed your account and you have been 30+ days late 21 out of the past 24 months. 8 of those 90+.With this credit history there is no way we could waive any of your late fee.

      I'm not contending that I had late payments, and it's certainly not something I'm proud of. What I object to is the practice of charging interest on interest, which grossly inflates the overall balance owed. I have literally paid thousands of dollars towards my account since I began owing a balance on it in 2018 and because I keep getting hit with so much accrued interest and fees, I've seldom ever seen that balance go down. Given how much I have paid, I have more than paid for the items I've purchased and RC Willey has made a tidy profit on top of everything while ruining my credit in the meantime. I have repeatedly spoken with representatives in the collections department trying to explain my situation and it never seems to matter as they view me as nothing more than a balance owed rather than a human being who has experienced financial hardship. Once again, I recognize that RC Willey is a business whose intention is to make as much profit as possible, but these tactics are borderline predatory.

      The RC Willey store in ******* ** deserves 0 rather than 1 star. We purchased on ** stove 10/26/22 from a sales person who said this was a great model. We tried cooking with it for a month. It either over- or under-cooked consistently. We went back to the store, spoke to the same sales person who said that they had gotten similar complaints from several customers (?!!!! why not give customers that info before they purchase?!!!). Regardless, he gave us the name of an appliance repair company who he said would fix the problem. We called the company, which told us they would not fix the problem without a work order from RC Willey. We called RC Willey, were told by another person that it was store policy to not do that and that instead we needed to contact the manufacturer. We did so, and someone insisted on not coming out, instead had us adjust the stove while talking with them on the phone. It did not fix the problem. We went back to the store, spoke with someone in ***************** were told this was an ** problem and that we needed to contact them again. An ** person came out, made another adjustment to raise the oven temperature by 15 F. Tried air fryer, which filled our house with smoke. Oven temperature still not correct for baking. Went back to **************** again, were told to submit notes from ** reps (WHICH WE DID NOT GET). We have done everything we were told to do and have had the can kicked down the road. If, as the sales person said, several customers have had the same complaint, why not tell ** to fix it and stop selling that range until they do? Why should the customer have to go through all types of contortions to get the product to perform as it should? We feel we've been taken around the block by RC Willey, when they could easily have taken care of this problem. As it is, we will never shop at this or any other RC Willey store again.

      RC Willey responded that we need to work with the manufacturer on the issue despite all the issues we cited in our original complaint. We will replace the stove with another brand, will never buy another ** product, nor will we ever buy anything from RC Willey again.

      Ordered a new dishwasher on a Thursday which was not in stock but could be delivered by Saturday....got a call on Friday afternoon that it had been delivered and was ready for pickup on Saturday morning. Arrived at the store, customer pick-up counter was very accommodating and I requested an out of box inspection and was ushered back into the warehouse and the technicians unboxed the item in my presence and I was able to inspect. Product was loaded by the technicians and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Outstanding service!

      Were very happy with this store and glad someone referred us to them. Our sales person was very helpful and patient with us while we were trying to find furniture for our new house No pressure but a lot of great guidance from our sales person We would recommend this store because they dont push you to buy something but assist you with your investment to make sure youre satisfied with the looks to beautify your home
