I have had a TERRIBLE experience with RC Willey for my flooring. My carpet installation was great, however my vinyl flooring was a mess. They damaged my laundry room floor and left huge gaps in my flooring and were sloppy in cutting the flooring. I have been working on getting this resolved for months. I was set up for repair last month, but all they did was come to look at it. I missed 3 hours of work. I called the store and they were under the impression that everything was fixed and it was not. They reached out to the contractor and they are supposed to be here today and I am now sitting here past the scheduled window, missing work AGAIN and they are still not here.R.C. This 2 stars is kind of an average. Our salespeople (**** and *****) and the office staff were great, especially since it took us a couple of tries to find the right couch. But delivery (and this is paying for the high end/white glove delivery service) has been a nightmare. We finally settled on a couch created from 2 very wide recliners, and this is our first experience with a motorized recliner. This is not a budget couch, and it's not like they haven't made money from this purchase. The problem arose when the delivery was made and it turned out that one of the motors would not work. We planned for a second try just to replace the side that was broken. This was another 3 day wait. What happened here? They brought the wrong part (ie, they brought a second of the side that was working just fine). We tried to call to see if we could do something that wouldn't necessitate us going to the back of the line in terms of delivery date. My husband called and got on the call back list (where they call you so you don't have to wait on the phone). 7 hours later, they haven't called. Tried again and was told to call *****, who wasn't working that day and said she couldn't help us. Tried again, got bounced around a bit and finally just had to be happy with another 3-4 day wait. This is totally unacceptable but we were so sick of trying to get this problem fixed we gave up for the day. It's not like they're the DI. ***** was decently into the 4 figures. After they made mistakes twice with delivery, it's really on them to expedite getting our couch to us in working order. Really angry.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

We ordered the ****** massage chair and it was delivered in a timely manner on 9/13/23. We had an issue since the delivery men informed us that the invoice did not specify anything about installation and left the boxes in the hallway. I called R.C. Willey afterwards and the customer srvc rep had rescheduled a service team to come out. On 9/20/2023, we had ************ come and he informed us that he was not able to fit it into our guest room due to the width of the massage chair. He stated I would have to return the product since it would not work and was firm that he would not be able to do anything. After he left, I had re-measured the width of the room and the machine itself and determined the chair would actually fit through the door. I called R.C. Willey later that day and requested a service team to come back out with my confirmed measurements. On 9/30/2023, ********** returned and stated he has already been to this house and repeated he can't fit the massage chair thru based on his prior measurements. I informed him that my measurement show that it would fit if we had taken the massage chair out of the box and maneuver it thru the door. He stated that was not an option and that he can not assist since he was only allotted 15 minutes for this visit. Since he refused to move the chair into our guest room, I requested the chair to be placed upstairs in our loft. He stated he will not be doing that and would have to mark our product as damaged due to his inability to transport the open box upstairs. He stated he would put in a ticket to ship out a new boxed massage chair to transport it upstairs. As of 10/8/23 I received no update and attempted moving the chair into the room on my terms. My brother and I successfully fit the chair thru the door with no issues. I called back on 10/9 to f/u and confirmed w/ cust srv that **** never sent in a ticket. I am leaving a negative review based on my bad experience with the poor attitude and unprofessionalism of the delivery team.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

R C Willey was so helpful, reliable and competitively priced. I had a terrible experience with ************ delivery service, to the point I cancelled my order and turned around and bout the exact same product from RCWilley. It cost a little bit less, and the staff was friendly and competent. The communication was exceptionally good.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

Purchased a "made for RC Willey by Serta" mattress from RC Willey, ************ **********, ** on January 10, 2023, which had a ten-year warrantee. Within 6 months the mattress began to sag and have impressions where we slept and was getting more noticeably uncomfortable. Contacted customer service at ********************** via email on August 21, 2023, was sent a "claim packet" to fill out as home inspections where no longer being done. After several emails back and forth, taking measurements, pictures and disassembling our bed, as per requested by *****, we were told to go to the RC Willey store where we purchased the mattress, which we did. The salesman ******* was very helpful and concerned about our issue. He communicated with the store manager whom, after about an hour and a phone call from *******, advised us that the store manager refused to give us a store credit towards another mattress. We paid $3k for a mattress (which today was removed from our home) we could no longer tolerate the nightly discomfort we were both experiencing. Once you purchase from them, they don't give a **** about ANY issues you may have with their product. All the time involved, and the hoops required, were a total waste of our time! I will also add, there we no "LAW TAGS" attached to the mattress as is law in **********. Mattresses MUST have "law tags" attached as do all new bedding sold in **********!!! Bought a couch set with a warranty in December of 2022. Couch broke in February. They set a tech out in April and said they need to take it to the shop to fix. Today is September 6th 2023 they finally picked up my couch for repair after 7 months of it being broken. Now they said they will not be working on it for a week. Poor customer service and will not ever purchase any other items form this store. I will also tell everyone I know not to do business with them! ZERO STARS YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! My husband and I went to ************ RC Willey on Sat Aug 18 and were pleasantly surprised. The store is amazing and the customer service representative who assisted us (********) was fantastic.
