Super dishonest company and personnel. Sales person, *********************** (#*****), assured us that for a special order you could put 20% on a non RC Willey card and then once the order is delivered, the whole amount could be placed on the RC Willey card. Turns out he lied to get the commission and the store manager, ****, has confirmed that it doesn't matter what the salesperson tells a customer, as they will not honor it. When I asked to speak with the district manager to hopefully come to a resolution, **** told me I could try to talk to corporate, but they will just tell me to talk to her. **** even said on my call with her that if a salesperson tells a customer that an item is refundable and the salesperson is mistaken and the customer tries to return it, they won't honor it. I tried explaining to **** that it seems that these should be internal issues that are dealt with while ensuring that the customer is treated fairly and statements made by the salesperson are honored but she said they will not stand by what their salespeople verbally say to customers. Basically scam artists that will do anything to make their commission. I will never shop with this company again.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

We reached out to the ******* store location to get some more information and we can see that **** had offered a resolution to give you a Courtesy 20% on your Regular Credit plan and that you were going to speak to corporate before making your decision. I Bought the ****** Ocean Blue Convertible Sectional Sofa Bed~with chaise-*************************** was on sale for about $500. It lasted about 6 mos and the back cushions wouldnt go back anymore to sleep on. The sides are breaking off, the legs are breaking off, the whole thing is a piece of rubbish. And Ill never buy anything again from this place. Worst return policy with no room for warrantiesR.C. Willey Home Furnishings

We have bought a lot of items from RC Willey over the years and will continue to do so as they seem to have the best selection of the items we look for. Their prices are a little high but still in the realm of other stores similar products. We have had a couple of really good salespersons there over the years and they work with ** to assure our satisfaction. I only have one complaint and that is that we were not made aware of their policy of not removing an old mattress when replacing it with a new mattress if the old one has any kind of stain on it. We were surprised by that and had to dispose of the old one on our own. It was a king size mattress so a little hard to handle. The delivery men were kind enough to move it to the garage, at least, so we didn't have to wrangle it down a flight of steps. Otherwise, very happy with RC Willey and our purchases there.R.C.
