      The email responses that I have been receiving sound like they're being authored by a 12 yr old.
      The AMC Gift Card balance URL confirms that the balance is $10.00 on the Gift Card but your employees evidently are clueless on how to assist the customer.

      It is pathetic when your consumer knows how to do the workaround for these circumstances but your employees do not. As a gift to you I am going to school you:

      Have the customer log into their AMC account then do a Check Gift Card Balance. The site will ask for the number and pin. Once that is done, shop for the movie, go to checkout, enter the number and pin and that should solve it.

      Now. Why is it that YOUR EMPLOYEES have no clue how to get this done? I have WASTED MY TIME dealing with your call center agents who are probably not a good fit to service the customer base.

      I moved out for repairs because my manager JC J****** told me in order for repairs to be completed I needed to move at , I have been gone for 10 day and the Regional Manager Mark M******* refused to prorate my rent for the time the building was inhabitable.

      Resided at The Hadley North Scottsdale (previously LIV North Scottsdale), run by AMC, LLC from Dec 2018 to May 2023. AMC took over the property in May 2022. My first lease with AMC ran from May 31, 2022 to May 31, 2023, which meant my 60-day notice would be March 31, 2022. Repeatedly ask for my lease renewal info but kept getting the run around. Finally on Friday, April 14, 2023 I received the info from Mayra M*******, the regional property manager in AZ for AMC.

      I attempted to negotiate my rate increase and finally on April 27th, I gave notice that I would not be renewing. The Hadley notified me that I failed to provide the adequate 60-day notice and in order for them to release me, I would need to sign a settlement agreement. The agreement included the paragraph below. On May 10th and May 16th I wrote to Mayra and Jennie O****** requesting further explanation and never received a response.

      “It is further agreed that Tenant and all occupants shall not utilize any website or social media to discuss its tenancy, this community, or this agreement. Violation by Tenants of this confidentiality shall result in damages to Apartments which will be difficult to determine. Consequently, it is agreed that upon breach Apartments may seek damages from Tenant under the original lease, such damages and future rent as may have been waived by this agreement, and a liquidated damage equal to $5000.00. Breaching party shall be responsible for court costs and attorney fees.”

      Subsequently, The Hadley states I now owe them 27 days prorated rent to fulfill my 60-day notice even though they intentionally delayed sending me the lease renewal info. Ultimately this prejudiced my ability to provide a 60-day notice. Their attempt to have me sign the agreement was to prevent me from sharing honest reviews of The Hadley/AMC LLC.

      It should be noted that AMC is in violation of my civil rights by attempting to restrict my right to truthfully review their performance. Docs show proof.

      I am resident at Windsor Apartments in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Over the past few months, I have been ignored and retaliated against for my complaints on the refrigerator. This is my 4th attempt since June 2, 2023 to have my refrigerator repaired. As of June 6th my refrigerator was completely not working and all of my groceries have gone bad. I was promised a new refrigerator in April since the previous one broke at the end of March. Once the appliance arrived, it did not have a working light. Repeatedly I asked for it to be fixed and was consistently ignored. By June 6, 2023 the refrigerator had completely stopped working. Not only was I not a provided a refrigerator with an ice maker which I previously had, but was without light in the refrigerator for 2 months prior. I have had to go without groceries for my daughter for the second time in 3 months. Currently my refrigerator is still not working properly, as bugs are getting inside and dying.

      I live at Greenbrier Gardens, but they owned by apartment management consultants LLC, and they have refused to fix my place up ever since I’ve lived here until Hud got involved. Once Hud got involved they promised Hud that I fix things up but the place I’m living it has not text anything up now. There are standing water in the sink in the kitchen now it’s leaking underneath the sink it’s going into the floor and it’s causing my place to stink because of the maintenance has not been done. Hud has also gave them to Temple to get this place fixed. They have not done anything now I have to move due to this issue now the landlord is trying to get me kicked out of here because he says i he’s getting words from people, saying that my place stinks the reason why it stinks because they have not fixed anything or try to fix anything. They have not contact me at all. I want them to stop bothering me. One reason I have a lawsuit on them they have not went to court yet or have not heard back from my judge to let me know when the court is so he has not went to court yet because Hud told me to contact them now contact you all for help, so is there anyway that you can help me out because I’m getting harassed by the landlord and now I need help with everything else because they have refuse to do anything and they have already broken the lease and they’re still trying to make me pay the rent or try to get me kicked out of here. I’ve already contacted Attorney general once and I’m not doing anything so I need help. I need the landlord to stop doing things to make FS up that they have not fixed anything to my place because I have proof from Hud that they have not fixed anything here that’s why I have to move. They are saying that I violated the lease. They are the one that broke it. I moved in here December 12. And I have not had anything fixed yet And I’m asking for $10,000 moving fees because I have to move due to port maintenance and bad landlord

      I submitted this claim previously and received a response that the business is closed. I was able to call the business and speak to a representative so I do think they are operating still.       I was in the application process at Studio Arnaz apartments as of 4/29/2023. On either 5/5/23 or 5/6/23, I placed a holding deposit of $200.00. Desiree P**** told me this would be refunded if I was not approved throughout their lengthy approval process. On 5/10/2023, Nikole K*** advised me that I was not approved and asked for my forwarding address to return the holding deposit. I replied with my forwarding address and did not receive a response to that email. I have followed up several times via phone and email and no one from their team responds to either method. I was given Catrina L*****'s contact information and left her a voicemail and emailed her on 6/7 and have still not received any response.

      I did some sun contractor work for Wesbury Park Apartments the property managers name is SHANEASE A**** she is very un professional she hung up on me when trying to figure out where my payment is I did work for her over a month ago and told her upon doing the work that my policy is I get paid 7, days after work is complete work was completed and I still haven't received my payment and no one will tell me anything

      We began our lease at Elan41 in West Seattle on June 22, 2022, and the lease was set to end on May 31st, 2023. The lease states we are required to give a move our notice 20 days prior to move out date. I sent an email to the landlord on April 1, 2023, advising I will not be renewing the lease, and addressing several other issues, including that the property manager had their dog off-leash in common areas which breaks our lease agreement as it clearly states No pets are allowed off leashes. After this complaint, the property manager started being really nasty towards us and ignoring all of our emails and requests for maintenance. They called us and harassed myself and my boyfriend while we were both at work, to tell us that they are charging us rent for the Entirety of June on a month to month payment, which is higher than the lease payments were. And their reasoning is because They gave us a paper to sign on May 25, 2023 which they state is our move out notice. We asked the property manager why they did not provide us with this paperwork on April 1st, when I initially brought up Not renewing my lease, and we were completely ignored with no responses to any of the emails, and now they charged us for June. I have all email correspondence if needed, happy to forward any and all photos taken during our lease that shows their lack of responsibility and the inhumane living standards they had us in even though the rent was outrageously high already.

      We are in the process of consulting with attorneys in regards to retaliation as that is illegal in Washington State.

      I was informed by the property manager that I would receive a refund of $302.10 for overpayment of April Rent at Dakota Canyon Apartments in Santa Fe, New Mexico within 30 days of April 22, my move out day.

      It is now May 22, and I am still waiting for the refunds as well as the security deposit after deductions. I have not been informed on the method of delivery, whether it was by mail or direct deposit. I would like a status update on this from the corporate office, or I would like the money expedited to my current address.

      I signed a lease at The Jude Apartments starting on 1/7/2023. My water heater has broken 3 times. Each of those times, it has taken management over 3 days to resolve this issue. Management has now changed 3 times and residents have never been notified. There is no way to contact emergency maintenance unless you get the number from whoever decides they want to run the property that day. There are homeless people surrounding the building at all hours and screaming into the late hours of the night. The first time my water heater broke I called over 30 times and no one was able to help me for 4 days. This is unacceptable to call this place a business.
