I placed an order on 1/10/24 , Order *****, and havnt received any updates with the exception of the email that says it can take 2-8 wks. On 3/6/24 it has been 8 wks. I have requested a refund or the delivery of my ring. Again, their estimated delivery time on their site for the ring ordered states 2-8 weeks and it has been over 10 weeks. Hi,
On January 27th I placed an order online for a custom wedding band. Production time was 4-6 weeks. I need the band in 5 weeks when we reached out to the customer service team they said that there would not be any issues with getting the ring to us by that date. When we reached out we agreed that we needed a 10 1/4 ring and needed it on or before March 4th. Was told that they should be able to accommodate that request on 2/1 and then on 2/15 we were told that everything was on track to be here by our time line of March 4th as laid out in the email we sent them on 1/31. Then we were told on March 4th the day that we should have the ring in hand they got the date wrong. We need the order cancelled because the timeline that was on track to be met and was told they could accommodate they have not been able to.Initial Complaint

An order was placed online with this company in response to a Black Friday sale ad. The order was placed on 11/24/23 in the total amount of $362.75, order #*****. The website said 6-8 weeks for delivery, which I missed when I placed the order. The website also says, "We accept cancellations as long as you contact us within the first 48 hours of your order being placed. This policy is put into place because after the 48 hour period, materiaIs and production will begin for your handmade piece. If you request a cancellation after the 48 hour period, we may cancel your order for a materials and processing fee." I am concerned because every time I inquire about my order, I am told end of the month (I have inquired 3 times). There is no phone number for me to call. I have asked for a full refund at this point because this company seems to not be able to honor orders in the timeline stated on their website. This was a Christmas present ordered on Black Friday, and I was told today I would receive it by end of February. I don't want it anymore, and I want a full refund. I purchased a wedding ring for my fiance. The wedding ring that arrived not only looks entirely different from what is pictured on the website, it did not contain the personal engraving that I paid for and ordered. The team is impossible to get a hold of and is a complete scam. These people deliver products wholly unidentifiable when compared to the pictures they are showing online. My fiancé is a white cap Captain of his fire team. He has been a part of this team for 23 years. When he hit his 20-year mark serving his team and his community he was supposed to get a 20-year ring. Let's just say he is still waiting on his ring. I wanted to find a ring that represented him well and I thought I had found the perfect combination with the Patrick Adair ring....but no. I reserched all about the glow and how certain colors can dilute the glow and how to get the optimal color. So I ordered yellow daytime color and a white glow. The yellow was vibrant. But to expect a white glow and only see green was very disappointing. If they couldnt provide a ring with the color combinations I requested, that should have been communicated to me from the start. I reach out to the seller to verify they put the correct colors in the ring to which I was told they had. I then sent proof the ring does not glow white and requested a refund. I was told they would not refund but could provide another ring with different specs. Because they cant provide the ring I ordered I am requesting a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a mystery ring for $100 plus tax & shipping from PatrickAdairDesigns website, the advertisement pictured 5 rings (Last 5 ring pictures included from their website). It states that you would receive one of their rings valued at $300 for $100. I ordered & 3 weeks later I received the ring which was not a ring that was shown on the website, so I contacted customer service and asked for a refund because that ring can not be found on the website (2nd picture I sent) but the lady said there was no refunds & also said it could be any ring from the website plus they said some people will receive a ring worth $600 but I doubt that & would like for you to investigate that claim & see how many people actually receive a $600 ring when paying only $100. Anyways I was upset & we went back & forth with emails cuz I wanted a refund & was not happy with their product. I told them that’s false advertisement, you can’t say your selling a mystery ring, show 5 different popular rings & not list that it could be any ring from their website. this company pulled a bait & switch & gives customers undesirable or unwanted rings instead. So they said they would exchange it for me, I pleaded with them to please give one of the rings advertised which 4 of the advertised rings were opal. So they made me pay for the shipping to send the ring back. Week’s later I received the ring but when I opened it, I was disappointed because the ring was a January birthstone ring (first picture) my birthday is in December and this company knows that because I emailed them several times in the middle of November cuz I wanted to get the ring before my birthday 12/23. Now they say they will not return or exchange & I fill like I shouldn’t be forced to keep a ring I will not wear because it represents January’s birthstone & glows orange in the dark while December glows blue. In November 2023 I placed an order for a Silver Compass Pendant with a personalized engraving on the back of it and they also offered a free ring with the order so I requested a ring sizer so that I could have it fit me they never sent me the ring sizer or the necklace and pendant that I ordered and paid for with my credit card and I was just able to get the phone number from the Salt Lake City Directory , so I called the number and it just started playing a hold tune after about two minutes it hung up. This company hasn’t responded to any of my emails or attempts to contact them. It is now January 4, 2024 and I am owing my credit card company for something that I have not received, this was over $250.00 I am a Disabled American Veteran on a fixed income and cannot afford to be taken advantage of as I am a senior citizen.Initial Complaint

On august 18 I purchased a ring from Patrick Adair designs for 1140.21. We ordered the meteorite ring with the green glow resin. We opted for their ring sizer option to be certain of the size. Once we were certain we told them we needed a size 9.5. After waiting 8 weeks the ring we received was a size 8. The ring was in poor shape, already rusting, there was fuzz embedded into the ring and gaps between the resin and meteorite with the glue exposed. I contacted them and asked for a refund. They refused a refund as it’s not an option on their meteorite rings. However, they sent the complete wrong size and in horrible shape. I sent the ring back anyways and asked for a refund again. They did not communicate anything with me but resent the same ring 4 weeks later just thinned out from the inside to make it fit. Now you can’t even see the green glow resin because of how thin it is and the meteorite is thinner on one side than the other. Initially when I asked them how they could possibly fix it they had told me thinning the ring isn’t how they fix them. But that is exactly how they “fixed” it. The ring is thinner and weaker and the green glow resin is basically non-existent and it was an extra charge to have the resin. I contacted them again. They told us they would remake the ring so we sent that ring back and waited a month. And they sent the exact same ring back not a remade ring to the correct size that we ordered initially. They say it’s non refundable due to the material, which is why we did the ring sizer option to be sure of the size. They still sent the wrong size and have botched the product to make it fit. We’ve sent the ring back 3 times at this point and would either like a refund, or the ring we ordered made to the correct size! Honestly I’d prefer a refund over the ring because at this point it’s been a nightmare and I still don’t have a ring to get married with and it’s been a long time.Initial Complaint

We’ve had my husbands ring for about a year and 9 months. He hasn’t been able to wear it for the last 9 months due to the clear coat wearing off. I have called, emailed, Facebook messaged and had no one from customer service or repairs reply to me. We love the ring! We just want to get it repaired so he can wear it!! We bought it because it has a lifetime warranty!
