      I originally placed my order 11/24/2023, which was for a weddings band set and a free necklace. I ordered a ring sizer for one ring. After 8 weeks, I reached out to them for an update, and to let them know that I haven't receive the ring sizer. I got the ring sizer a few days later with no issue. However, they kept beating around the bush about my order. I was told that it would be shipped out by 2/23/24, which was 3 months after I placed it initially. Another month goes by, and I ask for a refund. They told me they couldn't do so because the order was ready. Another month goes by. At this point it is the beginning of April, close to 5 months after I placed the order. I reached out to them again and told them that if they don't give me a refund, I would go to the bank to dispute the charges. They finally gave me a refund, which I received a few days later. If the order isn't going to be ready within 8 weeks, the website should reflect that.

      On January 28th, 2024, I surfed the internet to find a ring that wouldn't conduct electricity. After hours of browsing, I stumbled upon Patrick Adair Designs, impressed by their 5-star ratings. I decided to place an order, but it turned out to be a wrong decision. As of April 19, 2024, I am still waiting for a tracking number or accurate update on the delivery of my ring. The customer service of this company is terrible, to say the least. They don't provide any phone support, and the only way to contact them is through email. Even when you do, you have to wait f8 hours for a vague response, where all they tell you is that the company is swamped with orders.I have contacted them again, through email to request a refund because the wait is far too long.       Never again! Horrible customer service and I never received the rings I ordered 2/2/24 . Its now 4/16/24 no rings and my wedding is Thursday!

      I ordered a ring in the middle of January, 2024. I was told my ring would be ready in about 8 weeks, and that a "mystery" ring would be included. In about 8 and a half weeks, I received an email letting me know my rings were in the way. About 5 days later, they arrived. I was concerned that my ring didn't look exactly like the ring in the picture. Then I realized that when they take pictures, they use the "macro" setting to show the detail of the opals in the photos. I took a picture of the ring I received using the macro setting, and it looks the same as the picture. I am quite satisfied with the ring I purchased. I added the protection package when ordering so that if my ring is damaged, they'll fix it. The mystery ring is a green glow carbon fiber **** ring. Very light. I have recommended this company to some friends who are thinking about buying rings to replace lost wedding rings. I would buy from them again.

      Horrible customer service and communication. Do NOT buy from this company if you can help it. They keep beating around the **** about one of my orders for my wedding on 4/20/24, its my FH wedding band, that i ordered on Jan 30th and I never even received a confirmation or anything regarding the order and they confirmed that I would have the ring early April when really I shouldve had it 2 weeks ago at least and of course 2 days ago they emailed me saying they cant ship it out until the week of 4/22 due to a recent influx of orders. So i called them out on that and claimed they forgot about the order and just dont ***na own up to it and they wont even give me a response to that which tells me that they did in fact forget my order. They keep sending me automated responses, will not give me a date, and will only send me one email a day and makes sure to send it early in the morning. I was so excited to receive this ring because its also my birthstone other than the fact that its his wedding band, but Patrick Adair Designs doesnt care about what you need the rings for or when you need them by so dont even bother grazing past the website.

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Items didnt ship until after I submitted a charge back after waiting 11 weeks and being lied to about delivery dates repeatedly. Order was completely wrong, so we returned them. Patrick Adair lied to my credit card company on numerous occasions to have the charge back overturned, all while promising to issue a refund to us directly. We did not receive our refund until we proved their lies to my credit card company. AVOID this seller at all costs!

      I received two rings one of which was the jaded tiger, so far the ring holds up great and is very nice. The other ring was January birthstone and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Instead of little decent sized garnets spread throughout the ring base, it's tiny little shards of garnet peppered across with maybe one or two really small pieces of garnet that are somewhat bigger then the shards. I understand the pieces are unique but they clearly messed up with this ring. I tried messaging customer support with very simple questions and the lady Rebekah just kept giving me answers that were irrelevant to what I asked and didn't even address questions and I had asked in the email and responded as if she didn't even read it all the way or something. On top of all that they made me wait 3 months for a ring that was said to be made in 6 to 8 weeks ! They can't even make rings when they promise and when your ring finally gets to you be prepared to get something completely different then the picture. Then customer service will treat you like an idiot who doesn't know how uv light works and they ask oh well did you charge it ? No **** lady ughh low IQ morons

      Horrible. Poor customer service. I used their ring sizer they sent me to measure the size of the ring I ordered for black Friday 2023.. recieved a ring sizer with no information in an envelope about 4 weeks later. No explanation on how to get them the size I needed or follow up from the company. YOU have to order the ring without a size to get their ring sizer, but they don't tell you how to update the information. Had to play email tag to get the order completed. Fast forward to Feb. 2024... Finally get my ring that I ordered 3-4 months prior and it won't even fit on my finger.. the company has disabled their chat and removed their phone number. You can dig deep to find a number online that just plays music for a bout a minute then hangs up. They want you to only deal with them over email. If you schedule an appointment to talk about your custom ring you are having an issue with they cancel it. So now I'm supposed to send the ring back to them and tell them what size I need, since the size I asked for using their ring sizer won't fit... but no one will talk with me on how I should guess what size will work and what will happen if the size is wrong again. They will no longer return my emails after a day of trying to get someone to help me figure out what to order to get it right. My customer service rep was Rebekah.

      Orders take forever to get, even when you plan ahead of time. Rings break easily. The fact that the meteorite ring is prone to rust is sneakily tucked away in small print, at least at the time of my purchase, so I have to constantly take it off and put it back on. The two return issues we had to deal with took forever as well. Customer service is poor at best.

      I spent $3000 with them over the years, they advertised lifetime warranty, so I bought 6 rings. At first they did do the warranties, but then came up with the premium bs. They even admitted that I bought my rings before this new program of theirs. They sell rings worth only $100 and say they are CRAFTED-but their workmanship is c*** As is the business standard they employ-do not buy from this deceptive company. You can get better quality from Silver State Foundry. They stand behind their work.
