      I am sad to be leaving Culver City Honda behind as I move away after 17 years. I have always had top-notch service, and this visit was no exception. No pressure to upsell, service, friendly, informed and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for? My service person in particular was excellent, and this is the second time she has been assigned to me. Apparently they are redacting names, but his name rhymes with projector. And he definitely did not ****** me, haha. I will miss Culver City Honda!

      I've been here twice for oil changes and they do charge a lot, but they also run full diagnostics and tire inspection and have never tried to tell me I needed any service I did not. They are professional and quick and I trust their work.

      This place is incredible. **** is the best. Me and my friends made a day of coming here and **** and ******* worked with us in getting us a great deal. They want you to be happy. We all hit it off really well. More bees with honey. I walked away with a new car, incredible deal and a sense of security that these are honest people. I feel comfortable coming back here for services and such. And will definitely recommend it to all my friends. **** gets a 10/10. He really went above and beyond to accommodate us and work with us. Hes so kind and personable. And funny! He saw us as real people and it showed. He even helped me look at and compare GAP insurance. Simply the best. Thank you **** and Culver City Honda! I am a happy camper and will definitely be back with friends!

      The service department needs improvements especially in being just honest! First they damaged the housing hose where the filter is located during my previous service late 2022, now there is another damaged on the front hood of my car when I took for service yesterday (05/06/23) I am going to file a civil complaint against on this matter. This is a deceitful behavior and it happened twice now! ************** Whom I dealt with yesterday should have pointed this out before I left but he did not! The service department suck!

      My Husband and I went in to renew his lease and we were able to walk out with two brand new cars. Luis our car sales man was very nice and knowledgeable, he had no problem showing us different model options. Definitely recommend!
