      They didnt call me before they closed to give me any update on my cars simple oil change. They still have my car and never returned it after I chose the pick up/drop off at home option. I need my car tomorrow morning and theyre not answering me. Theyve had my car since 10:30 am and have had zero communication?? Did someone steal my car? What is going on here

      Great customer service, highly recommend ********************** for all your car services needed. This is officially my new home base for my Toyota ************ This place is 5 min from home. Ask for ***** or **** service advisors. Thanks for an excellent customer service. I feel welcome every time I come to west coast Toyota.

      I purchased a maintenance plan with Culver City Honda for three oil changes which cost $150. It was easy to book an appointment on line and everything seemed to have gone well until I started driving home after the service. I was almost home when my panel light lit up warning me about low tire pressure. This was right after the service where they were supposed to check my tire pressure. I had to drive back to Culver City Honda right away. They claimed that the technician didnt offer an explanation for the problem but he fixed the issue. I know for certain that the light did not just come on by mistake since I could feel the difference on the tire performance afterwards. In my opinion, the technician didnt bother to check the tire pressure like he was supposed to. Either way, I was very disappointed at the service and the waste of my time!

      They have a great customer service , when you walk in until you leave . They work with your credit and try to give you the best offer you can afford, highly recommended. Im a very happy customer.
