      I had an appointment yet still had to walk in and wait for a service advisor. Many were at their desks and did not look up or acknowledge me. One finally did but when I walked up to his station he was on his personal cell phone. Instead of giving me his attention he continued to look at his cell phone. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Once I received assistance it was fine. Even though I had an appointment it took almost two hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. I did appreciate that they provided me a list of issues and the cost to fix them.
