4 starsThe staff are professional and has helped my car in good condition. However, I was promised and still waiting for my dealers coupons as these were mailed to the previous owner in the past. It has been almost 4 mos waiting.

5 starsExcellent service. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. I was greeted right away. I had an appointment with C******. There was a mistake with my appointment I was put down for a shuttle when I originally requested a loaner. C****** was very sweet and helpful and managed to get me that loaner right away. I am very grateful to her for that. It was also very convenient to be able to pay for the service through my phone before getting there. This made the process so much quicker when picking up my car.
The only suggestion I have is with the loaner car. It would be awesome if they could make sure the car is completely full of gas. That would make it so much easier when returning the vehicle with a full tank instead of guessing how much fuel I used.
But still I give Lexus of Oxnard five stars.

5 starsExcellent service department, and their work is the best. They are honest and courteous, and they communicate very well. They complete the necessary tasks within their time estimates. I am a very happy customer, and will continue to take my vehicle to them for service for as long as I own it, which will be a very long time, since Hondas are so durable and reliable. 5 starsWe had an awesome experience at Honda of the desert in cathedral city, we were quickly greeted as we exited our car l. The Staff was well mannered, friendly and just had great attitude. Brandon and Luis were amazing employees very nice people and knew how to take care of us even put smiles on my family’s faces. We left very happy and satisfied with our newly purchased car.
