      There was a ****** and a ****** charge on my account I do not ever spend that kind of money on my debit card only on bill pay they said it was *************************** that has been commenting on it I told them that it is not me my name is ********** told them that my son that just got I. Prison has done things in my name and ****** name and my son ************************* was just put in prison for those things then they said I can not use a debit card I only use it for small things like my medicine I can not go to the bank every time I get medicine or medical equipment I need and I have disabilities so I can not always get to the bank that money they wont give back is for a cpap that I need now I can not get that so I need the money back

      There was a 0 balance in my checking account. Found out that my account was over $2000 Negative. Reported fraud on my account because my account was negative over $2000. I got paid and it covered the amount with another remaining negative balance of $400 plus dollars and they are wanting me to continue to pay that. I reported the fraud to the police department too. A Single mom here running around how to pay rent, groceries nd utilities because of this Fraudulent activity on my account. They wont reimburse me for what was lost. Next they sent me letters with a copy of numbers of fraudulent checks from some life insurance company that tried to get deposited into my account. Its been over 2 weeks and still I haven't had a call or updates on what their plan of action is. **** tried to have me get a couple of loans to help me get through my financial discrepancies. As I searched on line and this is what I find ''Did you know that Mountain America Credit Union is a federally insured financial institution? Members of credit unions insured under the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) can feel secure that their deposits are protected up to $250,000." So I hope they refund my account.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FULL OF LIARS AND INCOMPETENCE! THEY LET FRAUDSTERS DO WHATEVER AND DISRESPECT THE ACTUAL MEMBERS AND CLIENTS THAT WANT TO DO THE RIGHT THING

      I have had nothing but problems with MACU. Most recently, they have effectively frozen me out of my bank account for 10 days. They failed to send me a new debit card before mine expired, which every other bank Ive used has done, and now it will take 10 days to send me a new one. Meaning I have no access to any funds for 10 days. The branch tellers are quite literally impossible to get ahold of, and the off site people have no access to any information. The off site rep put me on hold and called 5 different branches to see if I could speak with a teller, and even she couldnt get through. This is truly a pathetic way to handle customer service.

      Very nice people, but highly incompetent. Managed to overcharge me interest on a loan that was started almost 3 months ago. I spotted the mistake (not sure why the bank auditors didn't) and once I contacted them they stated that they would follow up and fix. The interest credited back was not from the day they first dropped the ball, but from their "closing date" which was several weeks after their first botched closing. Difference is less than $60---but it's the principal. They spend more than that to obtain a customer and my payments to them have been on time and the bank has been profitable.Avoid at all costs.

      The worst credit union I ever dealt with- we got the loan right away through the dealer. Its the customer Reps. we had all the issues with and how its handled. In a process of moving our loan to another credit union. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

      Absolutely awful experience. *************************** won't return phone calls or emails. I can't get anyone to call me back. They are more than happy to send idiotic teaser email about refinancing but when I call or email to ask questions they WILL NOT return any messages.STAY AWAY from this lender

      I got 3 incompetent employees on the phone one after another and they were extremely rude and would interrupt me everytime I try to complain and I just couldn't get through to them. Youv got 3 incompetent employees on the phone who have absolutely no idea what thier doing or about the kind of business they even work for. I had a death in the family and they refused to work with me or defer my payments for a couple of months which they did long ago and now they are saying because it's a credit card but with a credit union it's actually considered a loan even though the line of credit is still accessable. "It's not a feature they offer because it's a credit card. If they can't work with me and I cant catch up on my payments I guess I will file for bankruptcy or they can get a lot less by selling me to collections but thier stupid anyways and if they don't work with me it's worse for them. It's thier loss and maybe a complete loss. They gave me one option to make the payment late when I couldn't and the representative argued with me on the phone for 15 minutes. I'm not paying them now. They refused to give me options to work with me. Most lenders will have several options for you if you tell them you can no longer make your payments. I got off the phone crying. One person after another has a job they shouldn't have and iv seen worse where a lady on the phone didn't even understand basic finances or loans and I don't know how some of these people even passed the hiring process.

      Opened checking, savings and CC balance transfer with the "team" in ***************, CC balance transfer pending for almost a month, was never completed. ********/Manager closed her door, ****'s math is at minimum poor, I had to correct him to prevent him from overcharging me to pay off CC balance, closed all accounts, use **************** CU!
