      Company is a total scam!! I definitely see a nice class action lawsuit in the horizon hopefully in the very very soon future. I dealt with this company for almost a year until I got tired of all the overcharging and surprising charges to my credit card. After a $1,600 bogus charge was done to my credit card I said this is it. Everyone needs to start complaining to the attorney general and **** and ********** and hopefully soon they will be shut down I've already sent my complaints it takes a village

      *SCAM ALERT* They have multiple FALSE ADVERTISEMENT claims!!! They only get 5 star reviews by saying to do a review and they will waive one of the multiple $75 fees you will recieve. (Notice in the pictures the one $75 fee that got waived) They have charged my account multiple times after I was done with them once for $207.60 and $166. Make sure you read ALL the contracts and fine print and they have your correct email. They are not giving anyone new devices. They say you have insurance on your device. This is a partial truth. I believe the tecnician broke the ****** of my device while taking out the mouthpiece. Whether it was me or not, they tried to charge $1600. They don't give you the broken unit you just paid for instead they send it to get refurbished. Most likely a $10 piece and $20 labor then they give it to the next customer. They claim they give you multiple mouth pieces *** a device holding mount which is false! It would be harder for them to charge anyone for broken units and failure to complies if you had these! Multiple $75 "lockout" fees and $35 "check return" fees because they run your cars three times and the bank relizes it's fraud and is trying to tell you to run!! They charged me over $300 to remove my device! I can go on and on but if i haven't convinced you by now you are not going to change your mind. What I do suggest is scheduling an install and when the tech gets out there read the contract ( make sure you get a copy because I am sure them getting the wrong email is part of the scam) then telling the tech to s**** off. Hopefully this will let the techs know they are dealing with a shady compay.

After further review, it appears that you unfortunately caused significant damage to your brand new leased device. There is a fee for replacement of the device. ******************** is the only company the provides a brand new device to every customer. The contract is sent automatically at the time of install to a valid email address, but you did not provide a valid email address. You are able to view the entire contract at the installation appointment before any work is done, and you must agree to the terms and condition before signing the contract and having the device installed. Your monthly lease payment was processed on the same day, every month, but declined many times resulting in a declined invoice fee as well as a lockout fee, both are listed in the contract you signed and agreed to at the time of installation. SkyFineUSA is always willing to work with you. We have waived multiple fees as well as set you up on a flexible payment plan that you have defaulted on numerous times. We would be more than happy to discuss this further to reach a peaceful resolution, we only ask that you do not make false claims out of frustration. Please give us a call anytime!       Do not ever use this company as they are scammers. I had signed up to lease an ignition interlock device as per a court order to drive my vehicle after a first offense misdemeanor DUI conviction for the period of one year from may 2022 until may 2023. It has been a rocky **** ever since signing up. The initial install was reasonable, and they would come to you, but their fee schedules are very aggressive, and they will not give the customer a copy of their contract ever. I have tried over 10 times to get a copy, and they can not manage to send over one. Its a surprise every month with extra fees. The monthly lease and insurance charge of $93.75, the tax of $8.27, and the monthly gas fee of $12.99 was reasonable, but every time my bank thinks one of these charges might be fraudulent, the automatic payment is declined for my safety, and the company will charge a $77.63 lockout fee, and a declined payment fee of $36.23. No matter how hard I have tried to keep the right amount of money in my account, or letting my bank know that the charges are approved, I still manage to get these added fees. it has happened to me three times so far, one time being waived if I was bribed into giving them a 5 star ****** review. They also charged me $155 to change my service area address, and $1656 for a new device because although working properly, they said there was sufficient damage to it and must be removed. The units are made out of cheap materials, and will break very easily. They will never work with you or listen to reason of why a payment may not have gone through. They will hang up on you at random when trying to discuss and resolve business issues. It would be really nice to get a copy of my initial service contract at least, so I wouldn't be surprised every time a new charge gets automatically charged to all of my cards on file, for any amount, for any reason, unauthorized without my permission. Only keep one card on file. They should be put out of business and prosecuted.

      They are horrible. I can't beleieve these people are getting away with scamming so may people I want to file a class action law file on them. *** name ***** and said he wouldn't give me his last name that if I didn't pay the cancelation fee they would repose my car. I'm waiting for a manager to call me bqck which I doubt one will ever do. Defentily getting legal advise to see what I can do. Ridiculous company they **** and do not use them

      HORRIBLE! They take EVERY DOLLAR THEY CAN FROM YOU! They have charged me thousands of dollars in the last few months. They sent me three invoices on the same day for three different things, my bank thought it was fraud and blocked it. So Skyfine charged me $75 for each declined invoice payment and an additional $20 fee for something else. Then my interlock wasnt working and they made me pay, another $600 to get it working then I had a technician come to check calibration and they said the little tip part for cracked so they were charging me $1600 to replace it and told me that if I didnt pay immediately they would notify the state and send me to there lawyer.

      By far the most unbelievable thing Ive ever been through. Please if you see this DO NOT get with this company! Last month they blackmailed me to put 3 good reviews on different locations. And the past three months been paying $400-500 a month when its supposed to be $65 a month and the staff never seems to have no compassion at all. Im supposed to go to work today And because their staff that failed to come they charged me for missing my seven day period, and are now telling me I could buy a $150 voucher to turn in my car for a day. They also wont schedule any appointments until you pay all fees, then schedule your appointment after your seven day period for you could pay more fees (this happened to me consistently for the past 7 months). I feel like ** being choked kidnapped and forced to pay everything beyond my will. Theyre also charging 700 to remove device with really leaves me with crazy trauma. Please I seen a review of someone taking legal action, please include me! I will also look into suing. Other then that please I hope no one else gets their self into this mess. And sincerely sorry for anyone else that got themself into this scam, really

      100% scam. Charged my credit card 2 months after getting device out for 1700$ saying i broke the device. Had to cancel credit card. Called them and they emailed me a demand letter saying they are gonna *** me. Please we need to bring these terrible extortion scammer thiefs to justice

      I agree that this *** is an unethically Impaired entity of corruption and deceit. Downright crooks. I've had unauthorized and fraudulent CC charges, more than in just one month. I had them tell me some equipment was damaged. Both the device AND the cord needed to be replaced. The system worked fine a few minutes before the Tech arrived. When asking the Tech about the cord, he said the Company thought the coil-cord looked stretched. The cord looks the same as the last year and has nothing wrong with it. That's why the system works fine. The device only goes to my lips and no further. I do not try to start the vehicle while standing outside of the vehicle. They tried to charge well over $2200.00 of fraudulent charges to my CC account.

      I would tell anyone who was thinking of buying or leasing from this company to run away and forget you ever saw there name. I purchased a vt588 volunteer user model. I asked ******************** who they would recommend to install it. So I went to that recommendation 45 minutes away from my home. The tech that installed tested twice and it worked. After 1 week of use it stopped working completely. The car would not turn over. I called Skyfine and told them the product was not compatible due to it being installed by their recommendation. They asked me to bring it to another shop which Skyfine called and asked if the second shop could take a look at the product.So I did that the second shop said the product was installed correctly. The car would still not turn over so I called Skyfine again and they asked me to send the unit back to test it. It took them 1.5 months to send me my product and to tell me it works fine. When the product still did not work when I put it in they said well too bad you need to find another shop to install it and we are not responsible for the product not working. This all took place from the Beginning of June until Oct 24 when I hung up on a terrible customer service person stating it was my problem not Skyfine's.

      This company needs to be shut down and the proper authorities needs to step in. I can't understand how they are getting away with scamming us out of our money. they have a website and only two techinitions how can the police not crack down on them? One techninition name is **** he has disconnected his number once he lied and reported that my device was damaged and charged me 620$ after i paid almost 400 to remove it. How can skyfine have all these complaints and low customer rating and still isn't shut down. We have families and other responsibilities and getting ************* is the responsible thing to do in order to continue working and take care of our families without breaking the law. the fact these people really get away with this deeply concerns me i will be filing a lawsuit against them and anyone else involved and aiding this company. they steal money out of your account i have to change my entire bank account information. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN IT IS A SCAM HOW MANY OF US HAS TO SUFFER FROM THEM UNTIL SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING, ITS TIME TO PUT A STOP TO THIS.
