      This company came by when I am not home. Spray around the outside of my house and leave. Then charge me for a treatment. I have told them I have a deck that is only accessible from inside the house and want it sprayed too. Also inside my house. They never call you only send emails with very short notice. Now they want to charge $199 cancellation fee. Their service is bad. I still have bugs.

      I am a former customer of Aptive but have not been under contract with them for several years. Recently they notified me that they had scheduled a treatment at my home address. Note that I did not request the treatment and I have not been in contact with Aptive since my contract expired. The technician arrived, treated the house and then sent me a DocuSign request to sign a new contract. I ignored this request. Then Aptive attempted to charge the service to the card I had on file for them. The card is no longer active so the charge did not go through.

      Aptive Pest Control was in my neighborhood offered a promotional one-time service to try their service at free of about $54 including taxes. Today June 18th, 2025 a gentleman from their company came to my door saying he was here to do a best treatment. I told him no that I had a one-time treatment done. He said that I was setup on a 12-month contact. And gave me a number to call and cancel and he gave me a customer number so it would be easier to cancel. I called them only to be told by ***** she is not authorized to canceled. I told her I did not agree to this as it was present to me by their representative as a one-time treatment to try out their services. The case number with them is ***********. There re several in my neighborhood that are having the same issue as they did not agree to a 12-month contract. Their representative gave false information and deceived all of us in believing this was a 1-time service to try out their services. Now they want $85 dollars a month. Not including the treatment I received was partial as they only did my front yard and little bit on the north side of my back four season porch. I want them to cancel this supposed contract as that is not was represented to me.

      I called Aptive Customer Service in May 2025 to cancel my service but was told that I could not cancel without a fee until my contract was completed at the end of May 2025. I called again June 18, 2025 and mentioned that i did not receive any service this month and I did not renew my contract. I was told again by customer service, ***** ** that I could not cancel my contract until after my June Service appointment and that I would need to call yet again after that service to cancel my contract. I was told that I could not get a refund of for June which they auto charged for payment on June 1 (before I could cancel). My only option was to cancel the contract without any service for June 2025. This company's billing and contract practices are very deceptive and their contracts are setup to trap customers into continuing their service.

      This service typically sends an employee over once a month or quarter to treat for insects. However we noticed many missed appointments over 6 months worth. After multiple failed scheduling we asked to cancel the services.

      The company refused. When we expressed the issue the manager stated that techs had been to home home consistently and there was no missed service. However AAptive has not set foot on our property neither inside or outside.

      ****** ***** showed up at my door on April 14th pushing Aptive Environmental and a service agreement. He indicated it would be $50 a month and they would come every month. I was charged $50 in April and they definitely showed up outside my home and were not willing to change appointment so that I could be home and they could treat the inside. I was charged $99 on May 15th and not one came and did a treatment. I was charged again $99 on June 15th and their website states I have not scheduled an appointment. There is no where on their website to cancel this nor to dispute or take the auto payment off (even though it says you can cancel auto payment). I am trying to cancel this scam and can't get anyone from the company to get back to me

      An Aptive sales person knocked on my door asking if I wanted to sign up for pest control services. I declined because I was not interested. He offered to do a one time free service for no charge because he said he had an extra worker in the area. I agreed, and he assured me there would be no charge. I did not sign any service agreement contract, and did not provide any payment information. Suddenly a few weeks later, I receive a text from Aptive stating I had an upcoming appointment scheduled. I immediately tried calling Aptive to cancel as I did not want any ongoing service. Speaking with a ***resentative I was informed that there would be a $200 cancellation fee for cancelling within a 12 month period. This is clearly fraud. Per the Aptive customer service **** they only have my name and address on file, no email listed on the account and the payment information listed on the account is not associated with me at all. They also said I was the person who signed a service agreement when I explicitly signed no agreement. The Aptive *** who came to my house evidently forged my signature and input their own payment information.

      I was approached by a salesperson from Aptive Environmental and agreed to what I believed was a one-time pest control treatment. I made it clear I did not want to be in a long-term contract, and at no point was I shown or asked to sign a document agreeing to a 12- or 24-month service agreement.I canceled the service within 45 days of the initial visit, and I was told by a representative that this was within their cancellation window to avoid additional fees. Despite this, I was later contacted by a debt collection agency (A.R.M. Solutions) claiming I owed $199 for an early termination of a contract I never agreed to.I am filing this complaint due to deceptive sales practices, failure to provide clear contract terms, and the companys effort to collect money through a third party despite my timely cancellation. I never knowingly entered a service agreement beyond one visit and never received a copy of any long-term contract.

      This company have you sign up for services that are ineffective and when you call the customer service number for returning customers, no one picks up. The only time you get someone is when you choose the option for new customers and/or sales. In essence, after they get your banking information they stop responding to you.I have asked them to cancel my subscriptions and they refuse. Furthermore, their ******** account does not allow you to comment!!! I need Aptive to stop taking money out of my account immediately!!!
