      Dear Aptive Environmental,

      I am writing to express my concern regarding the behavior of your door-to-door sales representatives in Santee, CA. Recently, a representative came to my home three separate times, despite our clear lack of interest. Their persistent and pushy approach made my family feel uncomfortable and nervous.

      We understand that door-to-door sales are part of your business strategy, but repeated visits and overly aggressive tactics cross a line, especially when it's clear the homeowner is not interested.

      Please consider this a formal request not to send any further representatives to our home or neighborhood in Santee. We would appreciate being removed from any future door-to-door contact lists.

      It is posted at all three entrances that there is no soliciting in Holly Hill Farms subdivision. This means ALL RESIDENTS have explicitly specified in writing that soliciting on their private property is forbidden.

      Servicing a house two streets over is not a valid reason to ignore the signs, solicit, trespass, and harass people. The employee was not servicing anything as she was extremely young and in her own personal car... clearly there TO SOLICIT with a condescending, argumentative, and entitled attitude.

      MLM sending young inexperienced sales staff on private property with their "Segways". The employee rode the segway onto my private property without asking and disturbing my dogs.

      After repeatedly stating we were not interested, there was a second and third sales pitch. This is a SCAM / Pyramid scheme. The employee refused to leave when asked, arguing that she had the right to be on private property, “didn’t see the sign” posted at all entrances, and there was nothing anyone could do about it! Very disruptive as I was trying to work. Extremely aggresive and obnoxious.

      I have discontinued Aptive’s service. There have been 3 reps that have come to my door even when I put a no soliciting sign up. One just came up to me when I was trying to take out the trash. I don’t like that they have my name and keep coming to my house. I have asked each rep to take me off the list yet they continue to harass me. I have also tried calling the number. Please stop coming to my house.

      I have attempted numerous times (calls, online chats, left VM's, etc) to cancel this service . I have fulfilled my obligation to complete a full year before cancellation. Low & behold I get yet another bill to pay for a service I canceled over 5 weeks ago!!! I am hoping they do not step on my property, provide a service & expect me to pay for it after I have canceled it.

      Aptive Environmental was at the neighbors home and asked about treatment. I was led to believe this was a single treatment for the house not a contract. When I called to cancel, I was told I had to have one more treatment. This was a lie. They scheduled another one, without any authorization, then claimed I was in an 18 month contract. This is blatant fraud.

      I am NOT a customer of theirs, however they came to my house yesterday (5/9) four times 11:50am, 12:45pm, 7pm and 7:15pm in attempts to try and get me to switch to their services.Excessive!! Never left a card. I have a ring. I certainly wouldn't switch to a company that comes by that many times to try and gain my business!I just want them to NOT come to my house!!

      We have clear signage on our porch noting no soliciting. Despite that fact, representatives of this company continue to attempt to sell their services to us. They are very rude and do not appear to have the required licenses to solicit in the City of *********. When contacted, the company states that they will talk to their staff. Despite that, the harassment continues. This type of business practice is unacceptable and needs to be stopped. There are literally hundreds of similar complaints across a number of sites so the company is obviously aware and chooses to do nothing about it. the goal of this complaint is to have this company's **** actually follow the codes of the cities they are soliciting in.

      On May 8, 2025 a young man on a hoverboard entered our private property with no regard to signs. We told him to leave that we don't need his services. They should not be coming on to private property! They aren't even from this area!

      They will not stop spraying pesticides on my property. They come door to door offering their service. I thought I signed an authorization form for them to spray my property twice. That was the agreement I made with them gentleman that day. They sprayed twice but then proceeded to show up every month or so and I have called headquarters 3 times and have told the spray techs around 7 times to stop coming to my house. They have sprayed 3 times without my authorization. I have a one year old daughter and a dog. They occasionally will let me when they are about to apart but due to my work I can’t monitor my phone constantly so they spray. The spary techs will not give me their supervisors name. If it continues I will be forced to call the cops and possibly get a lawyer. I paid for one service that I didn’t want but I refuse to pay for the last two.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have not been contacted by the business. They have not dropped the charges or guaranteed me they will no longer be spraying pesticides on my property. They have actually sent my bill to collections agency. This issue has not been resolved.

      I have been trying to cancel my service since last Fall, they started my services up again this spring, which I did not want, and came to my house, I called and re tried to cancel. My old credit card info was on file and the payment would not go through on their end.All of a sudden they have my new credit card information, not given by me and charged my card for 2 months!! I am calling my bank for fraud charges immediately
