      I agreed to a service contract and provided my CC info for automatic billing. Soon after I received a welcome email with contract etc. I got my first service and got an email showing the billing. 3 months later I got a letter from a collections agent! The sales guy made a mistake on my CC and that was it. I didn't see an email, or an invoice or receive a call about the error or a balance owed. They made a mistake recording my information and immediately turned my account over to collections damaging my perfect credit score. Damage that can't be undone because they couldn't be bothered to contact me to fix their mistake.

      The matter has been cleared up, however the practice of immediately turning customers over to collections after making almost no effort to inform the customer of issues is unthinkable and classless and speaks volumes about the business itself.

      We signed up for 5 treatments from Aptive and at the time expressed concern about entering into a contract. The saleman was polite, but pushy, and advised that we could cancel anytime and just be responsible for the 5 treatments with no long term obligation. We signed on his iPad and never received a contract in the ***************** to the end of our treatments (we have one treatment left) and like many families we are struggling with expenses right now. I called Aptive to cancel future treatments and explained we were having financial difficulties. The man on the line cancelled that appointment and then transferred me to another line to "complete the cancellation process". When I spoke to the Manager to cancel, they explained we couldn't cancel unless we paid their $199 cancellation fee. We advised the Manager that we were told we could cancel our appointment. We were repeatedly interrupted and told we'd have to pay or just have the last treatment for $139 and then cancel.So now, we have to pay $139 AND I have to call them back again or it will auto-renew. This is such a SCAM.

      Aptive just happen to catch us in the sales pitch due to us having an issue with mice. This was April/2022. Our 1st spray was done in May along with traps inside the house. Many mice were caught. In June a pushy sales guy comes to my house. I told him we are already "members". He didn't believe me until I showed him the large mouse box. A box that only Aptive can open and put whatever they put in it. This kid said "your house isn't placed right on our map (they use tablets). I asked him to please have corporate fix this. He left.July another kid comes on a Hoverboard...same exact scenario. Neither month did I get a bill which was correct because no one serviced anything. OR I thought when I wrote to them and asked if we could go to 3 months as circumstances changed financially (my husband has bladder cancer). August comes around another SALES person, same scenario. He left. I was emailed a bill??? For ? They didn't do any work. The mouse box hasn't been touched. No one has been inside to do anything. I called them today. Basically Aptive believes whatever their employees write. These are kids in their 20's they don't want to work they do "whatever" client should always come first. Manager said they have proof..a picture of my house which they refuse to send. And what the worker wrote that he did at our house. He sprayed our playset? We don't have a playset or deck so the worker is making stuff up.The manager asked me " what color is your house? I said Blue.You know who else has a Blue house 96 ************* Our house # is 69.I tried to resolve they wouldn't hear it.I tried cancelling the *** for cancelling is enormous. Can you help please?My husband is also home due to his illness so if an Aptive walked around our property he would know along with our dog. They tried SELLING the product to me in June, July and August but there was NO SERVICE. Thank you.I need an email address to send proof.

      Was told by their salesman that if I switch companies, that Aptive would pay for any cancellation fees. After switching, I have trouble reaching anyone who can assist in reimbursment.

      Aptive violated my contract terms with additional charges. My 12 month contract included six paid visits. Unfortunately, they never managed to get rid of the ants or spiders, so I requested two additional visits during the contract period. As the agreement states, these two return visits should have been free. They charged for both visits anyway. I've been on the phone with them several times over the course of the last month to obtain a refund, as well as cancelling any additional services. They assured me over the phone that my service period was terminated. Instead of issuing the refund and cancelling my service as requested, they attempted to provide additional visits so they don't have to refund me. They have still not refunded me a month later.

      They took money from my account that was not authorized in the amount of *****. for a service that they did not provide. **************** left me on hold and then transferred me to a voice mail. When I called back and waited another 20 minutes, I spoke to ***** but he would not give his last name. He could not verify that the account had been canceled or that they had reversed the pending charge on my account but ultimately promised that they would and then refused to give any verification that it had been done. They didn't cancel it because it went through. they promised that a manager would call me back and that did not happen either. I have opened a fraud claim with my bank and have to cancel my credit card to prevent them from taking further unauthorized funds from my account. I am disappointed that they turned out to be thieves and tricksters. Your review of them is not accurate. This is also disappointing since people trust you to make good judgments about business worthiness and rating them as an A is a poor judgment. They take advantage of people and their staff is not trained to handle any issues and do not even have knowledge of their customer service policies. This is not a reputable business. Your agency gives them credit undue. They are a racket that steals peoples money.

      I had a contract with this company to come out and spray for pests. I have been with them for over 2 years. Recently I had an escalated issue with ants. The company was scheduled to come out and spray. After missing their empoyment due to being understaffer they finally did come ot and sppray. They then sent me an invoice for $110.00. Which they conveniently increased from $105 without informing me. Which is all fine. Next think I know I get a call from a lady who tells me she is a manager and informs me she is closing my acct. This is all without my permission. She wants me to pay the $110 but she refuses to schedule a recall due to the pests still existing.I asked her to have some one from Corporate call me. She refuses to put in a request saying only she can speak to me.

      I would like a 100 percent refund from this "pest control" company, LLC, whatever they are. I cancelled Orkin due to cost. These people assured of good and or better service and results yet met neither.

      I signed up with Aptive Environmental for *********** control - 1. The representative told me I would not be charged a cancellation fee, if for some reason I cancelled.2. With the first treatment, I was told there would be a follow up treatment that I would not be charged for.3. I was charged for the follow up treatment.4. When I called customer service, they said that I was misinformed. Since they wouldnt remove the charge for the follow-up visit, I asked to cancel, since I signed up based on what I was told. They charged me a cancellation fee.I believe they are scamming ******** **** out $450, because I believed what I was told.

      I HAVE NOT BEEN SATISFIED WITH ANY OF THE SRVCS PROVIDED BY APTIVE PEST CONTROL. I HAVE TRIED TO DISSOLVE THEM FROM DOING ANY MORE SRVCS. I ACTUALLY TRIED AFTER THEIR VERY FIRST SERVICE. THEY CAME BACK OUT YET STILL HAVING BUG AND SPIDER ISSUES. THEN W/O KNOWING THEY CAME AGAIN LIKE 2-3 WKS LATER. STILL HAVE BUG PROBLEMS. I JUST WANT TO DISCONTINUE MY SERVICE WITH THEM. I TRIED TO TALK WITH A SUPERVISOR AGAIN, I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL, YET NO REPLY. NOT HAPPY.
