      I was sold a pest product that specifically include 3 things 1) Treatment of my entire 2 acre property 2) Treatment around my pole barn 3) Treatment around my patio None of these things have happened in any of the 3 times they have come out Time 1) She only sprayed 1 acre - no pole barn or ************** 2) He only sprayed 30 ft from the house - no pole barn or patio. Also we found a hornet nest 2 days after he sprayed, so even around the house was not comprehensive Time 3) Reservice - He claimed he came out but never even showed up, so when I called the tech he made up some excuses and updated the system so it doesn't even show this service. Although I have an email from him stating he completed service At this point, I just want to cancel my contract and be refunded for the services I paid for and did not receive. I have spoken to Aptive customer service 8 times this week, each person giving a different story of what they cover and what they can do about my issues. I have provided them the text proof from my sales person on what I was sold (per their request). No one I am able to speak to has the authority to provide a refund. In addition, when they cancelled my service (which took me calling 4 times to do successfully), they charged me a $199 cancellation fee since I have a contract. I do not believe I should be charged this fee. I am not cancelling because I do not want the service. I am cancelling because they are not providing the service that was sold and that I paid for. My request is - Refund of the 2 services I paid for but did not receive what I was quoted: $125 each = $250 total - Removal of the $199 cancellation fee

      This company sent out a sales guy to my door promising insect spray services and said they will warranty everything except mosquitos. They said they will schedule re-service if at any time free of charge if the spray for the insects were not working. He made it sound like it was a legit company so I signed two contracts for two properties with them. They came out twice but the services were not working for either property. The amount of bugs did not reduce at all all, any bugs. When I called for re-service they said they will use a different like of spray and they will be charging me for the service. I told them that they were supposed to be free and the representative says that they weren't. I had issues with this company already when previously their technician people were supposed to come out to spray but never showed and had to keep calling them to come out to spray. Now they are trying to charge me when the contract states that they warranty their service. I am really disappointed with this company and the lies they told and now they want to charge me $199 per contract to cancel. The only reason I'm cancelling is because they are not warranting their service and charging me for re-service when they said if it wasn't working. I now believe this fraudulent company's entire scheme is to make money off the cancellation fees because they have no reliable sprays or technicians and they know that. Now checking online, I see how awful they are and how many people they have scammed. I need help and resolution. I should have to pay for fraud! Please help me get fair treatment and not allow this company to do this to people.

      I have repeatedly been charged more often than agreed upon by this business. My agreement was for QUARTERLY application of pest control. Instead they are coming out and then charging me every two months. I complained to them about this fraudulent practice in 2019 and they refunded the extra visits. However, they did it again already this year. I have cancelled my service agreement with them but I would like a refund of the extra application and I dont want them to do this to anyone else. Each application is more than $120.

      The sales person for Aptive Environmental rang my **** on 5/02/22 and told me there regular price for their service was 100 dollars for initial service, then $150 for the year for their quarterly ******** That was after the applied discount. He even stated that next year total would be $200 for the entire 2nd year. I agreed and he said he could send his service people same week for the initial spray and inspection of my house. Before he charged my card I again asked if the $100 for initial service then $150 for the rest of the entire year, and he said yes. He said they would spray and come back next month for a follow up and then it would be quarterly visits. They charged me the initial $100 that day, then they came Jun for the next visite, then they charged me $150 for which would be for the rest of the year. They came again in august for the follow up spray, for which I got an email receipt for $150 for the ******** I was confused so I clicked on the email which took me to my account portal. When I reviewed my billing I saw that I was charged $150 in Jun for that service then $150 for August ******** according to their sales person was supposed to only be charged $150 once for the rest of the year. I would like to be refunded for what ever I spent on this fraudulent business and I want my service contract canceled. After reading reviews on your website I noticed this is a pattern with this company. I appreciate anything that can be done.My account # is *******

      In June of 2021 we were approached by an Aptive representative about pest control. Since we were having a problem with ants, we listened to his spiel and signed what we were told was a 1 year contract. Because we were signing on his IPad, we didn't realize he had switched it to a 2 year contract. The services went well for the first 5 services. Then in May 2022 we did not get notice that they were coming and he showed up right after our landscaper had treated our lawn. We needed to stay off for 24 hours. He did come back the next week but never let us know. He treated our herb garden and ruined it. We called and the district manager gave us a $20 credit on our next treatment. Not sure that made up for poisoning our garden. That is when we learned that we had a 2 year contract and could not cancel without incurring a $200 fee. She said if we had another problem with the next service to contact her directly and she woiuld see if she could cancel. For this recent treatment it was scheduled for 8/4. We waited all day and no one showed. No one returned our calls until 330pm when they told us it had been rescheduled for 8/13. Again, no notice and that day did not work for us. The *** tried to give us a $30 credit but instead charged our CC. I disputed the charge with the CC company but Aptive said we owed it. I have reopened our dispute. Again, we have called ****** our district manager and she is not calling back. She did say in an email that she cannot cancel our account without a cancellation fee. So she lied. Our account number, should you need it is *******

      I signed a 2-year contract with Aptive to eliminate a serious ant problem on my property. They came out monthly to treat the property and house for over a year. I paid their fees each month as well. Their products, however, did NOT work. Our property and home were still overrun with ants. I called Aptive and told them to cancel my services because I was hiring another company to take care of the problem. They are hounding me, as they feel entitled to a $200.00 early termination fee for breaking the contract. I have no unpaid balance, and I do not feel I should have to give them anymore money. Their services don't work, and I've paid over $500.00 to a different pest control company. And guess what... I haven't seen a single ant since ***************************** initial treatment. Therefore, I want my cancellation fee eliminated.

      I have been a customer of ******************** and love their service. However, they periodically charge my debit card without my authorization. I have not completed any forms giving them authorization to do so. I have requested that my debit card be removed from their system more than once and have been advised on a recorded line that it has but it hasn't been. This is the second time that they have done this. Please assist me with this. I want to keep their service, but I don't want them charging my card without authorization. Thank you!

      Aptive arrived at my door in July 2022. We signed up for a quarterly treatment for pest control. They came out to treat for ants in the kitchen on July 15. After a couple of weeks the treatment was not effective at all and we called them back out for a retreat on July 27th. We received and email stating they would be out for scheduled service on Aug 10th, obviously we are not yet due for a quarterly treatment so we called to cancel the service and ensure that we are set for QUARTERLY service. They arrived on August 15th to perform service that again is not quarterly and was not authorized to be performed. They issued an invoice for this "quarterly service." As to date we still have ants in our kitchen after 2 treatments. We have been billed for an unauthorized service while we were not at home so who knows what if anything was done. And after being on hold for 25 min, to cancel our contract the phone was disconnected on their end. No resolution has been made.

      My account with Aptive is *******. They said the they are guaranteeing the treatment. After the 1st treatment I'm still seeing ants inside and outside the house. I didn't complain because I know they will come back after a month. But I mentioned it to the lady that sprayed the second time. I told her that I saw some ants inside and outside the house. She said that she will mention it on her notes. I was waiting for them to call me and give it sometime for the second treatment to work. But after little over a month I'm starting to see some ants again. So I contacted them to cancel and stop the treatment since their treatment didn't work. The lady I spoke on the phone said that they will charged me $199 for early termination. I told her that's not fair because after 2nd treatment their product still ineffective.

      I purchased Aptive's service over 12 months ago. We have emailed & called to discontinue our service multiple times, now with less frequent return communication. Despite NOT controlling our pest problem, Aptive is demanding that we complete a full 24 months of service or pay a $200 cancellation fee. Any additional payment beyond what we have already paid feels egregious, given that they have net met their end of the agreement.
