  What a joke, 0/10. First time buying a used car, I decided to purchase warranty through Alpha Warranty for $4,000 for peace of mind for future car problems that might come my way.. I understand they cant cover certain wear and tear maintenance issues but wow. My boot is torn on my drive line, how am I supposed to know it is torn without taking it to a mechanic? They will not cover me SINCE the boot is torn and debris has gotten in adding to the issues. I brought my car to the shop because I was experiencing issues which is how this was caught.Very disappointed with this experience, of course they will lean on the fine print and not cover but wouldnt the right thing be to judge it on a case by case scenario? How could I have prevented this? Absolutely absurd. Alpha warranty does not have your back. Complete waste of money.

  I purchased what apparently is a useless extended warranty from this company for over $3000 and had to spend another $367 out of pocket for a diagnostic because they wont cover that if they dont cover the repairs. I have a coolant hose that burst and a cracked head gasket in which they have denied all. I was given over a $5000 quote for these repairs that should be covered by warranty. I was pressured in to this warranty by the dealership I purchased my car from and have definitely been scammed. For the price I paid for the warranty- my cars issues shouldve been covered. This company offers nothing and makes you pay and arm and a leg for it.

  I paid in full a 5 year warranty policy from this company Alpha Warranty Services for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I blew a head gasket which is clearly written and stated in the contract they would cover it. They denied to cover. "I will be taken them to court"I am out $5,000 for the repairs plus $3200 for the warranty.Don't purchase a warranty from this company, they are a fraud! They are more than happy to take your money but will NEVER pay for repairs. Scam

  I purchased an "A+" warranty with this garbage company thinking something as simple as a water pump and thermostat replacement would be covered. They are now stating it is not covered because a "seal" was the reason for the leaker, even though the water pump and thermostat is what needs to be replaced. It is not considered a "mechanical breakdown" and the garbabe dealer who sold me the warranty won't pickup either - figures! Now I am trying to cancel this garbage service and expose this company for the thieves that they are. Never filef a claim until now. I'm going to expose this garbage company all over social media. In the words if the dealership: "never heard of a company deny a claim for these basic repairs." Stay away from Alpha Warranty a.k.a Alpha Scammers!

  I bought a warranty for 2 years threwI bought a warranty for 2 years threw this company that say they are the best an blah blah that ask for a tear down on the engine So they dont have to pay for your vehicle send the supervisor calls me and tells me theyre gonna pay for it. I have it on recording and I told them to pull up the recording on their side so they can hear that. She said theyre gonna pay for it cause the shop called them and told them to pay for it cause they dont wanna pay for my engine to be replaced this company gives you the run around I have had nothing but problems with them they just dont want to replace the engine they find anything to get out of paying for your stuff when I paid for the warranty they isnt no particles inside the oil so even back up there inspection they just dont want to help there customer it is a crappy company there employees dont know what they are doing you cant get no names you cant talk to anyone but customer service you cant talk to the Ajuster you cant talk to a supervisor for 24/48 hours I had to call them back cause it was well over 48hours if I wouldnt called no one would of called me back Im so unsatisfied an wouldnt recommend no one to get this warranty they are a scam

  Bought this warranty for our Tesla ************ the battery heater fail and the whole center stack. They refused to pay for any of it even though these parts are required for operation of the vehicle and the gas powered alternatives are clearly covered in the warranty. These people are only there to rip you off, they have zero interest in fulfilling their contracts, its nothing short of a scam, don't buy them folks! ************************** dealers should be ASHAMED of carrying these scam artists as a warranty.

  "I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. We purchased day 1 warranty coverage through the dealer '***************', but when we tried to claim for a repair that didn't work out, we decided to cancel the extended warranty. We raised a cancellation request on December 2, 2022, and it was processed in 3 weeks, and the contract was canceled. However, Alpha Warranty never returned my balance due. They keep saying that they sent a check, but it missed and didn't reach the **********'s been 4 months now, and I'm extremely frustrated. I'm considering filing a complaint soon. I absolutely do not recommend this company."

  Well here's what happened to me. My transmission went out. Because the contract was fairly new, They denied that 1st claim So I understood and had the ****** rebuilt by the people that sold me the truck that have to pay back. Now the transmission has went out agian and I was denied For the 2nd time. They want me to pay them $250 for more coverage that will cover it next time. NOT THE ***** TIME OR THIS TIME. NEXT TIME "WHAT!!!!!" Does not make sense my deductible was suppose to be 100 dollars. I told them I would pay the 250 now if they would fix my truck and they still said maybe next time "maybe"

  I brought this warranty that was recommended by ******* who sold me the car. I had a 4yr warranty . 2 years later my water pump went . Had car towed car to lexus shop . I have **** rx330 lexus suv. I was told that timing belt and water pump and had a oil valve cover oil leak. They submitted claim it came back only covering water pump and some labor. Even thou my warranty said that they were covered. The bill was around ******* . Warranty only was paying $591.00 leaving me to pay the rest. I thought I was only going to pay my deductible $100. I had to **** my car back home and my car still not fixed a year later . I cancelled warranty and tell everyone they are a big full so s*** I'm on a fixed income and still trying to find someone to help me get my car fixed. **********

  We paid for a warranty when we purchased a Tesla Model X last April because it would cover bumper to bumper. However, recently, the steering motor went out. So, on 03/08/23, we called Alpha to start a claim and were told to do all the footwork ourselves with ***** before Alpha would pay. ***** would not do anything on their end; we must submit everything. But we discovered ***** was trying to help us get the info to Alpha. The Alpha person assured us we didn't have to pay with our credit card because they would issue one to ***** to cover the diagnosis and service charges for repairs, and the process would take a few hours no later than the next day. So, we did everything they said to get a complete estimate per Alpha. However, on Friday, 03/10/23, we finally received an email from Alpha for approval without the approval amount stated and called to find out the amount is $317, which is less than half of the Tesla estimate of $722.70.Today, 03.13.23, we were told by one guy with horrible customer service skills they only cover up to one hour and $65 for diagnosis. Then he said we needed to resubmit all the charges. But we've done that in the submitted estimate. So, we returned to Tesla, and they haven't received anything from Alpha today. Around 2 pm, after calling Alpha again, a woman told us that an adjuster hadn't even worked the claim to go online or email to start a new one. We go online, but you must call the 800 number per instructions. We get the run-around. Not only that, but we spoke to one Adjuster on Thursday, but they are always busy or unavailable. We are disappointed and frustrated with Alpha Warranty Services and would like a full refund of the $7,272.00 for this worthless contract. Furthermore, Alpha should be held accountable and regulated for receiving monies for a useless warranty. We do not recommend them to anyone: bad agreement, customer service, and business. We give them zero stars. Stay away from Alpha Warranty Services!
