Thanks for your review and feedback, *****. Our cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel. They set the terms and conditions for each reservation. Some bookings are nonrefundable. This is highlighted before customers complete their booking online or are shared by our agents with customers booking on the phone. I would give 0 stars if I could. Long story short, flight was canceled, got a hotel voucher, called the first number that popped up on Goggle for the hotel to get a shuttle to the hotel and it was this scam artist of a company. They never gave a company name, so we assumed we were speaking with the hotel. This company said our hotel reservation was not showing up, but if we gave them our credit card information they would hold a room for us and apply the voucher when we got there. The rep assured us multiple times our card would not be charged. Well, it was. 10+ phone calls and over a month later, we received a check for a partial refund from this company.Reservation Counter, LLC

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam. I booked a hotel reservation with Hilton on 3/20. I went to the ************ website from ****** and was unknowingly routed to reservation counter. I paid for my reservation, and was immediately hit with a booking service fee which alerted me to the scam. I called the service counter number on the reservation summary they sent and wanted to immediately cancel the reservation. The told me the reservation was non refundable. I checked and they had already charged my credit card. The agent offered to put me in touch with a supervisor but there was nothing they could do. I called the hotel directly to confirm that my reservation did actually exist... but for them to take my money now is akin to stealing as far as I am concerned. I now have very little confidence that my stay at Hilton will actually be paid for when I check out. They should be shut down immediately!Reservation Counter, LLC

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam. I went to book a hotel reservation with the embassy suites on 3/14. I went to the Embassy suites hotel website from the google geolocator and was unknowingly routed to reservation counter. I paid for my reservation, the pending charge on my card stated Embassy Suites. I was aware I might need to cancel this reservation, I canceled my reservation online, I then called the Embassy suites to confirm the cancellation, they informed me this was a third party booking company. I called reservation counter and they informed me they were only reimbursing me $37.07 for my booking and they were still entitled to charge me $500.00 for my cancelation of a room booked for 3/22 check in. When I spoke to an agent at reservation counter she stated that the deadline to cancel was 4:00am and I cancelled at 11:59am on 3/16, I then asked for my reservation to be reinstated if this was the case, they refused to reinstated my reservation. I escalated this to a supervisor, the supervisor instructed me to call the hotel and ask the manager at the hotel to send an email to their customer service email to request that the charges be reversed. When I called the hotel they stated that they had no influence over third party booking company charges and that this directive from reservation counter supervisor was just to placate me and waste my time. This company is purely designed to steal money from unassuming consumers, what sort of reservation company is unable to actually manage a reservation, or provide baseline customer service. They employees are rude and hide behind their reservation system to defend stealing money from people. Reservation counter is a deceptive third party booking company, posing as the hotel company just to steal your money. I have already spoken to a customer service manager, and placed an inquiry. Which as gone nowhere. This company not only steals your money but is dishonest with consumers.Reservation Counter, LLC

The companies Reservation Desk and reservation counter are both owned by Travelpass Group LLC *********** is a total SCAM!!!! I made a reservation on the phone with them for an all inclusive hotel reservation at ********************************** in ******. They quoted me a VERY good price for 3 adults/2children in a Master Suite 2BR/2Bath I kept confirming with the girl about the size of the room and the number of beds before I approved the payment for $10,000 When I got the confirmation email, it said Master Suite 2 adults, 0 children. No information about if its a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom suite or how many beds. When I tried to call and resolve the issue, they couldnt tell me what kind of room was booked which was extremely shady. The girl did not help fix the problem or anything!!! She just kept saying I cant see from my end what you have booked. I cancelled the trip with them on the spot and they said it takes up to 10 business days for a refund with a cancellation fee of $15.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. This is their way of scamming people with offering good prices and booking the wrong room. Hopefully lll get my money back but I have a feeling it will be a credit card dispute.Reservation Counter, LLC

This nightmare began on 2/5/24. 2/5: POINT OF CONTACTS ARE IN QUOTES. I googled hotel, and called number that came up, to book DIRECTLY. At the start, “Cindy” asked if I needed a “cancellation rate”. I emphatically stated, “yes”, I needed a “cancellation rate”. I stated this several times, because I knew our plans might change. “Cindy” advised I would be able to cancel the reservation. I repeated I needed to be able to cancel this reservation without charges being incurred. I was advised this was the case. 2/12 I called to amend reservation. Spoke with "Rachel". Was advised I would be charged a fee of $155.32. I went over conversation I had with “Cindy” and was advised by “Rachel” that our taped conversation would have to be reviewed. I was told that this “review” would be completed within 5-7 business days, and I would be contacted. 2/21: On the 7th business day, I called again (hadn’t heard back). Agent said my transcript was still “under review”. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was sent to “ESCALATION DEPARTMENT” and spoke with “Tupou”. “Tupou” told me she would review phone transcript and would call me back. She called me back and stated that it was clear on my transcript that the agent, “Cindy” did indeed tell me I would be able to cancel/amend my reservation at no cost. Tupou stated she spoke with “Jasmine”, at the actual hotel, to see what could be done. She asked if I would call her back on 2/26 to resolve this matter. 2/26 I tried to reach “Tupou”. I spoke with Gabriel. He offered to assist, but I told him I would like to speak with “Tupou”. He said he would leave her a message. I NEVER received a call back from “Tupou”. 2/27 Attempted to call “Tupou” again. I spoke with “Gabriel”. He went through notes. He stated that the hotel had not responded to the email “Tupou” sent them. 2/29 No Response. 2/29 It's been 18 days to have this resolved. I went to ReservationCounter.com and CANCELED this reservation. 3/6 NO RESOLUTION AS OF YET.Reservation Counter, LLC

This company is horrible and needs to have their business license revoked. I accidentally booked a room through their website. Immediately realized I made a mistake, selected cancel, and they charged me anyway. I called them immediately and they said there was nothing they could do.Mind you this was for a reservation a month in advance. It wasn't immediately occurring. As well, even though my credit card didn't show that there was a charge from the company, they said it was already charged and they couldn't change anything. I'm taking the charge up with my credit card company.Lastly, on the reservation, after canceling it, they said they would charge me no matter what. So, I asked if I could "re-instate" my reservation since you're going to charge me anyway. They said they're unable to do anything like that. So, I'm just out of luck, and that's how it goes. This company needs to be removed from service.CANCEL THEIR LLC and stop them from robbing people.Reservation Counter, LLC

I have multiple complaints about the company Reservation Counter as well as 'Travel Pass' affiliate using hotel names as part of their website address because it is very misleading, especially because the fees they charge to book a reservation with your hotel are excessive without providing an explanation of the breakdowns. The reservation I made for the hotel was booked through the reservation counter company that is charging customers almost double the taxes and fees that other booking company's charge and that the customer service reps cannot explain any details or provide an actual receipt with breakdown. The receipt provided does not include the company name but does include the hotel name- very misleading!I booked a reservation online and the website was misleading as it was ___hotel___ reservation counter and the actual website is reservation counter __hotel name__. Very misleading to customers. The Reservation Counter support phone number on the website is not helpful with providing any answers about the breakdown of the bill and the email support reservation counter is not sending replies either. Travel Pass affiliated with Reservation Counter - support travelpass also not helpful and not providing any replies to emails. Phone number to Reservation Counter led me to a representative that is unable to assist with any details about the taxes and fees charged. Also Travel Pass phone number offers little information about the taxes and fees charged on receipts.I just want customers that book using Reservation Counter and Travel Pass to know about this company that is using the name of __hotel names__- reservation counter as their web address to trick and cost people extra money with no explanations.Very unsatisfied with my experience and paid for booking a hotel room with no disclosure of prices. I don't like to even give ONE star but they did answer the phone at least?Reservation Counter, LLC

1 starI attempted to reserve directly through the hotel website and was redirected to this scam company. The hotel said it was Expedia but after many transferred calls it was identified as Reservation Counter and they refused to modify or cancel our reservation after we noticed the complete scam we were under. We are disputing the charges and demanding a refund!
