      They snuck in a $15.99 reservation fee and were not going to refund that fee when I had to cancel. I called and they refunded it but it makes me mad! Sneaky, scammy and doesn't make for loyal customers, for sure.

      Reserved a room and then recognized it was for 2 people (8:46PM CST). Called ReservationCounter.com at (8:51PM CST) and was told there was nothing they could do. So I cancelled the reservation in an effort to rebook it with 1 person instead of the default 2 people since they said they couldn't do it. ReservationCounter.com then sent me 28 cancellation emails telling me it was non-refundable (8:58PM CST). I immediately called again getting a Rep named, **** to discuss and her direction was to call the ACTUAL Hotel directly and to then dispute the charge on my credit card. She provided me the phone number at (9:17PM CST) to the hotel (xxx-xxx-xxxx) which was the correct number where the Front Desk clerk, ****, indicated that I shouldn't be charged since all of this happened so quickly and more than 24 hours before arriving (9:25PM CST). Ill be disputing this charge if needed at their direction. Like others, I was under the impression that I was at the hotel website not a third party. Very DECEPTIVE!!

      Fist reservation I made they gave me the name of the wrong hotel twice so I went to two different hotels that did not have my reservation. When I called to ask for the address they tell me they cant find my reservation. They lost it. Since I wasnt charged I allowed them to try and make another reservation. This time they made it for a hotel in a different state thousands of miles away from me. I told them not to book it they had the location wrong but she booked it anyway and will not issue a refund even though it was their error.

      I am VERY disappointed. I booked a room from their website that did not tell me how many beds were in the room, but had a picture that showed two beds. I book the room based on the picture because the description DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY INDICATOR OF THE NUMBER OF BEDS. When my wife arrived at the hotel, she was told that theres only one bed in the room. Since I made the reservation, I called and was told repeatedly theres nothing we can do. Im surprised at this because:1.The website is misleading.2.One would expect that Reservation Counter staff would do whatever they could to make it right: a.Call the hotel to see if theres anything they can do. b.Find another hotel and transfer the reservation.I would never treat my customers with such disrespect. It seems they dont care about repeat business or good reviews.

      This is a site is a scam. They use actual hotel webpage then change cancelation policy after you confirm reservation. Complete con. Theyve already been taking to court in 2017 for misleading information. I want the BBB to shut websites like yours down.

      Please go to Google and look at their 40K reviews. They are buying reviews. They have over 4 stars. Check out any other site, YELP-- to see that they should have a 1 star. This company is a scam and it should be properly advertised on Google.

      SCAM! They made me think I was booking with the hotel. The website even had the hotel logo and everything! This company needs to be shut down. I encourage everyone that has been affected to file a report with the FTC! ******************************

      How do they get away with this? I thought I was booking through the hotel directly. What a scam and they charge a fee. They should be run out if business.

      We searched Marriott website and found a phone number on a website that shows only Marriott logo identification. Throughout the reservation process no one indicated that we were dealing with a third party , we found out later they have added nonrefundable charges. They use DECEPTIVE tactics and they MISREPRESENT brands. US code considers MISREPRESENTION a felony.

      Should have read reviews before booking thru Booking.com. Total rip off. tried to cancel reservation for refund and they said no refunds. Will book directly with hotels.
