      I called and made a reservation over the phone requesting to stay in a particular hotel, the agent ended up reserving in another hotel. I then called right away asking for cancellation and still waiting. I was mislead in the call and got the big surprise of a completely different hotel then the one I was asking for. Never seen this in my life and it is a pitty that Hyatt are allowing this to happen since the reservation number was on their website! I hope a supersivor will listen to the recording asap and don't book the motel in question.I am waiting for full refund and currently waiting for their response back.

      For some reason when I searched for a hotel on ****** they were the first website that popped up. My fault for not taking a closer look before booking. They charged me a $16 service fee and they claim ********** have 24/7 access to their customer service. So you can only have access to their customer service if you pay the fee? It wasnt clearly marked on the website when booking. They also charge you right away for a hotel when you book. The prices were also about $50 more than the actual hotel website. Will need to triple check before I make that mistake again. I ended up paying extra so I could cancel due to my work travel changing frequently so I thankful cancelled my room through them but extremely disappointed that they wont refund me the $16 service fee. Even though I did all of my own bookings and never had any type of contact with anyone.

      Should be 0 stars. This business is a scam. They make it seem like you are on a hotel website but charge a lot more than the hotel charges. I realized this as soon as I made a reservation and cancelled my reservation the next day. Thinking that the $15.99 service fee was the non-refundable but lo and behold it is the entire stay at $1373.65! Upon being told this, I inquired if I could uncanceled this and use the reservation that they state is non-refundable and was told NO! Now I am out of $1389!!! This is completely UNETHICAL. I will call the hotel and tell them they should not do business with this company. I will inform my company; I will inform my friends and I am posting this review everywhere that I am able to warn not to use this site.

      THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! THEY CHARGE TAXES AND "RESORT FEES" EXCEPT THEYRE NOT ACTUAL HOTEL RESORT FEES OR TAXES, THEY ARE SIMPLY A FEE BY THEIR COMPANY, SO THE HOTEL ALSO CHARGES TAXES AND RESORT FEES AT THE LOCATION. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS.

      It’s very deceiving, their site shows up and looks like the hotel site, with the hotel logo and info. Hidden fees that you don’t see until after booking. They have no cancellation or refund policy at all, which is also not clear at the time of booking. They offer no grace period like other companies and hotels. I made two reservations for a business trip on 01/10/24 and called their customer service for a refund on 01/11/2024 and was flat out told no. Very sketchy for a company to do this. They have no problem charging you fees (hidden fees) without clear explanation. The policy is not clear. I have booked non-refundable rooms that are refundable with a grace period (could be 24 hours before check-in, 3 or days) something. But 0 with this company. NEVER AGAIN!

      *Shortened due to character limitation I find it necessary to express my extreme displeasure regarding the catastrophic booking experience with your company. The litany of failures we encountered demands urgent attention and rectification. Our reservation, frankly, was an absolute disaster. The room provided was wrong, occupants were wrong, and undisclosed charges were added. We were also billed in USD without notification. Attempts to correct these issues through your customer service proved futile, with the dismissive response that the booking could not be altered. Despite an initial apology from the supervisor and acknowledgment of the complete ineptitude of the booking agent, the proposed solution was a mere refund of all amounts booked. Yet, the infuriation continues as I discover our refund was processed at an arbitrary exchange rate, and the promised reimbursement of the service fee remained unpaid. This has left us out money and time.urs wasted in a futile attempt to resolve this debacle through numerous calls and emails.Understandably, my frustration has reached a boiling point, leading me to broadcast my dreadful experience on platforms such as the Better Business Bureau, your ******** page, and my personal social media. Im thinking of joining a class-action lawsuit against your company and I have reported this matter to my banking institution.As a family of six, our travel opportunities are rare, and your abysmal handling of this situation has ruined our plans and created a considerable amount of stress. The cancellation of our trip due to your arbitrary **** business day refund policy adds insult to injury, and the uncertainty surrounding rebooking is entirely due to your company's incompetence.I want to make it abundantly clear this has been the most atrocious booking experience I have ever endured. The lack of empowerment among your employees and their apparent disregard for customer concerns is nothing short of infuriating.

      The phone number was next to the hotel address and the agent picked up right away. I didn't hear the disclaimer about ReservationDesk not being affiliated with the hotel. The agent asked me what type of room I wanted and why. I told him. I asked about parking fees and he said the hotel didn't charge for parking. Both of these were a total misrepresentation. I thought I was talking to the hotel 866 number. Yes, the hotel charges a parking fee and the hotel had no room preference on file for me.It feels icky to have a company ReservationDesk speak to you with such disrespect and manipulation.

      BUYER BEWARE! VERY DECEIVING! I thought this was the actual Hotel website I contacted to make a one night Reservation in Boston. The Reservation was made thru what I thought was the Hotel site. All of a sudden, a $ 15.99 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE from Reservation Counter showed up on my credit card! The charge was a " Hotel Booking Fee" I could have driven to the Hotel from my home and made the reservation in person for less money ! It would have only cost me $ 5.00 for gas round trip! I'll be contacting Hotel Corporate about this fraud. The response from Reservation Counter's "Rachael" was a complete joke. Reservation Counter is a Criminal Enterprise. Stay away from these felons & CALL the hotel.

      Unethical company! I booked with them thinking it was with the Hotel, I did not notice there was a ZERO cancellation policy even though I cancelled 24 hours later. I have been waiting for my $300.00 dollars when low and behold, I see at the bottom this is non-refundable! WTF, what kind of hotel reservation doesn't allow you to cancel within a reasonable amount of time with a refund? I also could have sworn it said the ***** service fee (on top of the room) was the non-refundable amount so I felt at ease booking. What a total SCAM.Long story longer I receive communication from the club at the hotel that they have packages for their club for *** and booked with them directly. By the way they have a cancellation policy up to ONE DAY BEFORE with a full refund. I then ask this terrible company to book me another room, use the amount they will not credit me back so I can stay there (and just cancel with the hotel), I was told there is not way to do that and I'm basically ***. So disgusted by this place! LOOK VERY CLOSELY WHEN ONLINE LOOKING TO RESERVE A HOTEL, THIS IS NOT EASY TO SEE THAT IT'S DIRECT WITH THE ****** This company should be ashamed of themselves.

      Do not use this company billed me a price $41 more than what I should have been charged per hotel stay night. I was told the billing department would call me which they did not. Awful company will never use them again!!
