Horrible. They canceled my reservation and stated I would be issued a refund. They then emailed stating they would not issue a refund. When I called and stated if I will not be issued a refund just rebook the reservation. They stated they would not do that and would not issue a refund. So no hotel reservations now and no refund. Watch out for this business whose Internet listing pop up near the top of the list and mimics actual hotel websites! My family was attempting to contact a hotel directly in an Alabama city while en route. The person taking the call indicated there were two rooms available at the requested hotel and then said there were no rooms available after we provided credit card information to secure the room reservations. The person then offered other hotel rooms but did not indicate that the rooms were at a DIFFERENT hotel of much lesser quality than what we requested. My sister asked specifically if this was the same hotel and was told that it was the same place. We did not find out that the rooms were at a DIFFERENT hotel until we received the confirmation email. We attempted to cancel with them, but they were very uncooperative and unwilling to admit that they sold us rooms at a hotel other than what was requested. I encourage everyone to steer clear of these folks and watch carefully when bringing up an Internet search for hotels.Reservation Counter, LLC

Thought i was calling the hotel direct. Apparently not. Called to book a room for 2 nights they booked the second night only . Charged my card. I was still on the phone with them when the confirmation came through. Told him he didn't get my first night. He told me they didn't have a room and they couldn't refund my other night due to a no refund policy.This company should be shut down.Reservation Counter, LLC

They charged us three times for the same reservation, and are making it difficult to get our money back. They ask for documentation that we were overcharged, when all they have to do is look in their own bank account to see the multiple payments.Reservation Counter, LLC

Similar experience to those mentioned below. Website mimicked that of a Hampton Inn until the last minute, and then tacked on a whole bunch of additional fees at final checkout. These fees were not highlighted nor explained in any way. I immediately canceled, requested a refund and was refused. When I enquired, the Hampton Inn concerned confirmed that it had refunded Reservations Counter for my booking, so Res Counter was not out of pocket! Somehow they are also involved with Priceline? Still battling with my credit card company which is taking Reservation Counter's side. I can't believe that Hilton would allow themselves to be affiliated with this company? NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY!!.This company should NOT be allowed to scam AMERICANS by selling services online.I was searching for a hotel reservation in ****** when this RESERVATION COUNTERS POP OUT on my computer. Little did I know this company is unreliable and hides under a policy to defraud customers. I made a reservation with Embassy Suites on 7/3 @ 6 pm for 7/12-7/17 (5 nights) itlinery# due to urgent matters, and the reservation was canceled THE SAME DAY @ 8:13 pm.THE RESERVATION COUNTER IS TELLING ME THAT MY $732.04 IS GONE!!!. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!This company will lie to you to get your money! Your representative lead me to believe I was getting a Balcony room with a River view. I had a balcony with a street view. The Hilton requested a $50 credit because the A/C wasnt working when we checked into the room. Your company gave me a $15.99 credit. I am having the unfortunate experience of having booked through this service, which was unbeknownst to me at the time. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. This company took my money and claimed to have pre-paid for my hotel stay, but never paid the hotel. I now have a duplicate charge for my hotel stay and have had no success in getting it resolved. This will require for me to file a fraud claim with my credit card company, as this agency is a fraud.Reservation Counter, LLC

This company ****** to the lowest levels of deception by impersonating other hotels. In my instance, Reservation Counter LLC created an elaborate ruse to convince me that I was talking to ******. When searching for the Hilton in this area, I clicked "call now" and unknowingly was connected to this scam. When I asked if they could attach my honors number to my reservation, the representative insisted he could look it up with my email address and connect it to my reservation. He also assured me that I was receiving the state employee discount. When I told him the quoted ***** was the same non-member price on the app, he told me that the app didn't have real-time updates and the hotel I was looking at didn't have rooms available for the night I needed. He insisted the Hilton a few miles away was the only Hilton in the area with vacancy and that the price he gave me was the state rate for Sunday night. After checking into the hotel, I found that the rate I was paying was significantly higher than the discounted rate for state employees and that the original hotel did have vacancy. This company's audacity and lack of ethics were nothing short of appalling. I strongly advise hotels to consider the reputational repercussions of Reservation Counter LLC and take legal action against them.Reservation Counter, LLC

This company does not provide what you request. They will provide you with a hotel room but it ends up having nothing you request or require especially when it comes to handicap accessability. They also double charge you charge cards and add additional service fees which you are not informed of nor authorized. They do have a refund policy but good luck with trying to get your money back as no one wants to cooperate with helping you do so. I'm out $850 for a 3 night stay in ************ and having to dispute it with charge card company because reservation counter doesn't have time to deal with the situation because they are to busy trying to scam the next person.Reservation Counter, LLC
