I used to have ******* from Sept 15th **************************** July 2017 with a zero balance. I continued to live at the same residence at ************************************ 215, ******** MN ***** for an additional two years before moving out. I did not get any correspondence from *******. because it really was a zero balance. I have been getting badgered by waypoint since ******************************************************************************** collections cleaning. I owe $138. I had First contacted them, and they claimed that the original. past due balance was $50 but they had to put their collection fees which came up to a total of $138. Then later, they removed the collection claim twice but every time I turn around, they put it back on. most recently, I called ******* and put them on a three-way with waypoint,calling Waypoint Services on ********** whereby ******* was able to inform the collection agency that I did not all them any money, and after pretty much wasting my time with waypoint financial and the guy, I spoke to even apologized on 3/21/2024 and said he was going to remove the charges, I noticed it was back on the credit report on April 8, 2024 and Im tired of dealing with such a criminal company. Please help to stop this harassment and unlawful collection reports to my creditBusiness Response

I received a notice that I have a collection from WAYPOINT RESOURCE GROUP on my credit report. It says it was opened on 3/1/2021 for $513 with an account number starting in ********** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit.
