    I want to assert that I am not liable for the debt that is linked to WAYPOINT, as there has been no contractual agreement between us. It is essential to emphasize that I have not willingly entered into any financial obligations with them. Furthermore, in my effort to address this issue appropriately and transparently, I made a formal request to COMCAST COMMUNICATIONS for the provision of the original contract relevant to this particular debt. Regrettably, despite this request, they have not fulfilled my inquiry by providing the requested documentation. This lack of transparency and cooperation from COMCAST COMMUNICATIONS has added to the complexity of the situation, making it necessary for me to seek further assistance and clarification to resolve this matter effectively.

    I do not owe Charter Communications any claimed debt. The debt, prior to its current amount (for $410), was paid and i as the customer closed the account. I do not have any contract or statement by via Mail from Waypoint Resource Group regarding owed debt from this collection agency and i was not aware of this debt being on my profile until March 18th, 2024.

    This collection agency has reported to my credit report and I have no contract nor do I owe this debt. I have never recieved any mail or phone call regarding this debt.
    I want this removed from my report immediately, it has brought down my score and I do now owe this. This collections is not mine.

    I’m not liable for this debt with COMCAST COMMUNICATIONS. I do not have a contract with the agency trying to collect and reporting on my credit report. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

    According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 (a)(1)(A), they are required by
    federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer
    contract - any and all accounts they post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying
    for reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account
