    Waypoint Resource Group reported a false charge-off w ******* on my credit report. I contacted ******* and they directed me to their credit ***** and they had no record of anyone using my information. This is a fraud scheme on behalf of Waypoint Resource Group. Apparently they have been using this as a scheme to get people to pay to clear their credit. I will continue to file w the AG's office and **************************.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me for the fact that it is still on my credit report. I would like this item removed and there for they should make sure all other credit bureaus know that this item should be removed.

    Received a call from collection agency about 240 dollars from **************. The agent that I spoke to asked her questions based on her job. Gave her information about when and how I will make the payment. I don't pay collection agents, I am fully aware i can pay Spectrum directly. Its a cable company and they have my information, and I also verified that at the store location that payment can be made. Explained that to the collection female and she was being disrespectful. So, I let her know again. Notate that so that future **** could see that information. Even if they choose or get told to call. Its understood. She was still attempting to be rude. So I let her know to hang up and I called back. Spoke to another **** got the information from the company. The fair collections act is something that needs to be explained to Her and the **** that work there.

    I was never sent any information on what the supposed debt is that I owe. Waypoint Resource Group hasnt given me any correspondence regarding the negative mark to my credit report I havent gotten one thing digital or by mail. I dont even know what this $222.00 would be for and they havent provided me with any info on the original creditor. Im not paying anything until I know what the h*** it is for. If its even my debt.
