      Trash. absolute trash of a company. advertised IN STOCK item and i bought it. 10 days later its nt shipped. I call and ** told it will be. 3 days later not shipped. I call and ** told this was coming from 3rd party vendor and give it more time. 5 days later I call and ** told they have it. In fact they say they HAVE had it but need to inspect it. 5 days later no word. I HAD to call them again. This time Im told they dont have it and my order was cancelled. This place is run by incompetent buffoons. in this day in age, that is becoming all too familiar. do yourself a favor and avoid this clown show. And not for nothing, but one of the "supervisors" i spoke to had a horrible nasty attitude with me like I was the problem. Pathetic excuse for customer service.

      Ordered lowa boots size 10. Box shows up says size 10. Wear the boots for about 4 hours and notice they are loose. Take them off and look at the tags and they are size ****. Right box, wrong boot. Call customer service and explain situation and followed all procedures for return. Return was denied because they claim the boots were not sale able. Its a lie. And if there was a scuff **** on one whose fault is that? Anyway they basically told me to go pound sand. Out 400 bucks. Who would actually treat their customers like this? Worst customer service Ive ever had. Avoid this company like the plague or you will get stoinked if you know what I mean.

      I ordered some ammo. They sent me the wrong ammo. Contacted them by their customer contact portal. One week later NO response. Meanwhile my email has been flooded by them trying to get me to purchase something else from them. I dont think so. Maybe they should revisit/revise their business plan.

      They don't even deserve a one star they have terrible customer service.I bought a gun from them that was defective. They said they was sending it back to the factory for repair a month later they said they sent it to a gunsmith. I've tried to contact the manger no return calls. I have no gun and they got my money. Do not trust them!

      Balloon discount sale....Really poor advertising gimmick. Lost me as a customer and any veteran should avoid *********************************************. Not only did I wait 1.5 hours in line to get in. I find out you only find out discount at register.Knowing before purchase would drive my purchasing decision. Then the ********* ****** store I think had only one register open, and at least 50 people in line.Waiting a total of three hours to perhaps get a decent discount is not a good customer experience. So I walked out leaving $500 in merchandise in a cart.So I'm done with Sportsmans. Plenty of better stores and options without the B.S.What Morons this company must employ.

      A ********* employee spitting in my sandwich would be treating me better than how I have been treated by this company. I am the farthest thing from happy. First they send me the wrong tracking information saying my purchase is being delivered to the wrong side of the country, then when that gets straightened out I get shipped the wrong item, then when I am told they will send me the correct item when my return is received my order was canceled upon receiving without first alerting me. Unworldly bad experience.

      I called to learn whether a gun I had purchased and coming in from another store to the one in Warminster Pa had arrived. The service rep made it clear that he was annoyed that I called and that I am supposed to wait for an e-mail notification. I didn't appreciated the attitude.

      First time i ordered they canceled my order because of payment verification issue but charged my account. They second time i ordered the sleeping bag and they sent me the wrong one and a much cheaper one at that. Then they told me they wouldn't fix there mistake that I would have to return it and order again. I just went to cabelas.

      Beware!!! Their prices in store are more expensive than the on line prices. They guarantee lowest price but if you are not watching prices on line you will be paying too much, being taken advantage of. I don't know how this is legal, but when I called and asked about the price difference they advised they will refund me the difference. And if I didn't notice it? Not a good way to do business.

      I read all of the poor reviews and still took a chance on ordering a Fly Rod ***** online from Sportsman's Warehouse. The advertised price was exceptional for what I was ordering and saved me well over $100. The item arrived 6 days earlier then promised and the combo was exactly as advertised. I would definitely order from them again.
