      I was in the ******, ** location this past week and spoke with the store manager ****. He is by far the creepiest person in the store! He bullies his employees and makes sexual comments towards the female ones. I feel so sorry for the people who have to work under this shmuck! I will no longer shop here until he is FIRED! I also will be telling everyone I know about this guy so they too will not shop here.

      Order my son an Accubow 2.0 for Christmas. It literally was used! The packaging was opened and now was scratched! They offered a $5 refund. I literally paid $20 for expedited shipping! Disgusting customer service

      I bought a Ruger SP101 9mm recently and $70 of ammo. Upon arriving home, I discovered the 3 moon clips that were supposed to be included were missing. I called the sales rep that did the transaction and reported the missing moon clips. He said he'd get back to me within 30 minutes. A week later I called and asked what the resolution was. He said that the gun had been an inter store transfer. He stated it had been discussed to take moon clips from another SP101 and give to me, but the store manager had decided not to take that course of action. Instead I was told to contact ***** myself to seek resolution. It didn't matter to the ****** (************) store that I've spent several thousand dollars with them over the past 5 years and that these moon clips can be purchased on Amazon for under $20. By the way, the store doesn't carry these clips as separate purchases either.Looks like I need to start purchasing my outdoor sporting supplies from ******'s. They would have resolved the issue to my satisfaction and not told me to take care of it.

      I purchased a tiny flashlight as small as my pinky finger and as charged 20.00 for shipping. What a rip off...I got scammed

      I just want to make a formal complaint about two employees working at the ***** ******* ****** ********* ** location. the employees names where Andrew and Emilio, they are supposed to be managers and there conduct was absolutely disgusting. Not only did they lie to me, made my transaction more difficult then they had to be. Not only that but Emilio decide to walk away bad mouthing me under his breath as he walked away like what is that? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION EVERYTIME. NOT COMING BACK AND CANCELING MY CARD

      I’ve ordered two Hand gun online cyber Monday deal and applied for a store credit card and was approved, the store called for me to pickup when arriving I was seeking information from my salesman named Henry about what do I do if I’m wanting to gift the guns to my 27&30 year old children the salesman gave no info and shut down the sale. I ask what law have I broken and he rudely walk a way so I asked for manger. The manager called out straw law and he didn’t even know what that meant so I asked him to look it up and he said it means you can’t buy a gun for someone else. In fact the law states that you can’t buy a gun for an “unqualified “ person. Another salesman said all you need is a bill of sale but by then it was too late. The manager refused to make the sale. This was a very embarrassing situation and I feel I’ve been treated like a criminal for asking a simple question. In reality I had no plans of giving the guns away, I just wanted to know how this could be done legally for future reference. My inquiry was taken out of context and the manager refused to listen to anything I had to say. He also said I could buy any other gun in the store but NOT the ones I ordered. This makes absolutely no sense.

      I ordered a 55.00 Stanley thermos as a gift. When it was opened, it was dirty with leftover coffee inside. I was so embarrassed. I will never buy from them again. They couldn't send a new one because it's now out of stock. Not sure I'd want it anyway.

      Ordered amd paid for product. It was never shipped. They claim that you must use PayPal friends and family as a payment method. This is just so they can avoid taxes.

      Writing today about my new Purchase - Not an "Order" because they already charged my credit card. My Purchase was on Nov 10th - a S&W handgun on sale. My receipt said "pick up today". I was sidetracked and came a day later, only to be told by the fat unshaved man at the counter that all the S&Ws had sold out and now my "order" was delayed. the gun that I Purchased on Nov 10th should have been waiting for me behind the counter. Instead the gun I Purchased was sold to someone else and now I have paid for something that is "delayed". This is Incompetent and Unacceptable.

      Poor customer service, poor merchandise, don't back their products. State they will take trade ins for guns, but won't take back a defective gun they sold me. Tried to talk with store manager, but she refused to call or talk to me. Guilty of consumer fraud by selling poor quality guns.
