      Company is very unprofessional. I tried to contact the company due to a purchase being fraud and they refused to help me or release my funds. I was told that a billing specialist would contact me. NEVER HAPPENED! I asked to speak with the fraud department, they do not have a fraud department. Its just one department that claims to run everything and knows absolutely Nothing. What kind of company are these people running? Is this the type of company anybody would want to deal with. I didnt even get an apology in regards to this situation. By far the worst experience ever. I have never shopped here and NEVER WILL!!!! If I could give them a 0 star I would give them one million zero stars this company doesnt even deserve 1 star

      Purchased revolver and ammo online. Was told a 5% veteran discount would be given at time of pickup. At pickup employee subtracted a $249.25 gift card that never existed and said I still owed$50.66 even though it was already paid for. Thinking it was some additional fee I put it on my card. I returned later and asked for explanation and was told it was a mistake and was issued a gift card instead of option to put funds back to my account. Not really a problem since I will be making additional purchases here but feel it was a shady way of going about it. I think SW offers incentives to employees to sell or incorporate gift cards to keep funds in store. Also employee while reviewing paperwork kept pointing revolver at me and twice I slowly pushed his hand away from my direction. I know it wasnt loaded but dont like having firearm pointed at me.

      I tried to return a pair of shoes that were too big. Biggest runaround ever. On hold for 10 minutes so they could tell me it would be passed on to another team member to contact me in 2/3 days would email me a form to fill out to get UPS label to return, what a runaround ask for supervisor was informed not available then hung up on me. Will never order again from this company. Wished I had looked at all the 1 star reviews before I ordered from them. What an embarrassment for a company to have reviews like this SHAME ON YOU!! Very sad and disappointing.

      My husband went in to buy a $50 Gift Card and the cashier kept saying his debit card wasn't good, although he had just used it at another store so after many fruitless attempts he left with his debit card and no gift card but our account was charged the $50 anyway. We tried to resolve it with them but they were very rude and wouldn't do anything and they kept saying that my husband wasn't never even there that nobody had come in to buy a gift card for some time.We felt that they just stole $50 from us and they're appeared that there's was nothing we could do.I just want to warn other customers.

      One item of my order didn't ship. Reach out to customer service, by end of next day they responded. A day later I had a new tracking number for the item. Received it a couple days after that. The agent I worked with was very classy!

      Shame the lowest review is only 1 star. I reported them to corporate for possible illegal deals but got nowhere. I ordered a handgun on the phone with customer sales to pick up at their local store 65 miles away, tried using their store card **** but it was approved but would not finalize sale online, so gave them my discover card, when I went to store to pick it up make sure bring ID and credit card used. Well I did but guess what this company has incompetance all around, turns out it was charged to their **** card, in reality they never did a proper check which brings me to the possible illegal activity of a customer sales on the phone. I asked this person be investigated but nothing done by corporate. I ordered another handgun and used my discover problem is the agent put it under someone elses name which is totally illegal and I had to jump thru hoops to get this order cancelled, they reordered it and promised me an additional $50 off on my credit card, well that never happened they are only refunded me $20 and giving me $30 in points of which I will never use as I will not shop in Sportsman Warehouse ever again. The point of bringing your credit card to the store is a joke as they have no knowledge of it and ring up a new receipt that does not equal what you paid so as to remove it from inventory. Since corporate has no desire to investigate this employee for a straw purchase I intend to contact the *** and report the company, a serious offense. Hopefully the *** will investigate and if the employee did this illegally that employee will be in big trouble and Sportsman Warehouse might lose their federal gun license. Also a bunch of liars concerning the extra $50 off for their employees mistake. There a pleny of honest companies out there, AVOID Sportsmans Warehouse.

      Customer service is horrific. A tent I bought broke the second day. Despite a receipt and original box hey refused return and wanted me to exchange for the same cheap defective product. The manager was rude and accusatory and threatening. Most products are cheap overpriced and terrible return policies make the store a must avoid. REI has excellent customer service!

      ZERO stars. They are not truthful!!!! Do not waste your time.This was the worst experience ever. I feel like I was lied to on multiple occasions. Want to make a purchase and got the run around. I will NEVER spend a dime here EVER!!! They falsely advertise and that is wrong. I wanted what I purchased but now if it was free I would not take it.

      ZERO STARS!!!I was happy to see a store open in my town. Then I went there.I thought *******/ Bass pro was over priced. Yeesh! Prices on ammo are outrageous ( way cheaper at LGS) and customer service is non existent like MOST retailers now, but here the limited interaction I did have was blunt and rude. I was asked if I needed help finding anything, when I said I don't think you have what I'm looking for, I was told sarcastically "O.K. then" and salesman walked away. No attempt to ask me what I WAS looking for I immediately left and will never return.

      I came in to look at shoes the other day in **********.I ended up buying two pair.*************************, showed me several pair of new reefs, I loved the fitting of both pair and ended up buying two pair.The customer service was top notch. ****** at the check out counter was very friendly and made conversation, as I was paying for my order. What a pleasant experience, I encountered. "What a nice clean store"
