      Store Location:******************************************************** Department:Gun Counter Employee Name ************ have bought a firearm from this location. My fianc and I went in to look at two handguns. The one I didnt like, my fianc planned to purchase. There were only 2 people ahead of us. A 3rd was allowed to cut stating he had an appointment hed missed. They allowed the customer to cut other customers because he decided to show up late, no apology for extending our wait. Finally our number is called (with no apologies for the long wait) the attendant was short and demanded my ID. This same ID request was not as aggressive with other MALE. After giving my ID I was told IT was insufficient for a background app. This was the exact same ID I had provided previously to obtain a gun from Sportsmans. The attendant then said he needed to get a manager. They returned with manager, *****, who already came out with a massive attitude directed specifically at me. No deescalation utilized to explain the reason why my ID was no longer acceptable or to defuse the situation at all. We were frustrated at this point due to the long wait (an hour at that point), terrible service and attitude ***** decided to have. When my fianc stated he would come back the next day to apply for his own handgun ***** forcefully stated he would refuse to sell him a firearm since my ID was not accepted. What?!?!? I replied that we were BOTH looking at a handgun, and my fianc had the right to apply for whatever he wanted, ***** then said, You know what, we dont want either of you back here and told us to leave. NO customer service. NO reasoning behind changed ID laws. NO apologies for their abysmal wait times. ***** made me feel like I was not worth his time and discriminated against as a woman looking to purchase a firearm for my safety as his dealings with me felt derogatory. The way I was dealt with was in complete opposition to any of the engagements with male customers.

      Horrible experience! Ordered shoes on line, paid for overnight shipping, called 4 days ******** as nothing showed up, was promised a call back and at minimum my overnight charge refunded, 10 days later shoes showed up, wrong size! Called customer service, asked for a supervisor, a VERY cockie person answered, ZERO apologies, I demanded a label mailed to me and compensation for my time and experience, the gentleman basically said he will not mail me a label and he can only email for me to print (I have no printer!) So he urged me to go to ***** or store to do so (30 minutes each way on MY DINE AND TIME????), HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I finally wasted MY time and money, went to **** store, and when my card was reimbursed, I was still CHARGED THE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING!!! I called AGAIN! and guess who took my call? Sane unhelpful and unprofessional young man! A disgrace!

      Found a *********** SA-35 at SW on line. Paid for it and it arrived 2 days prior to the estimated arrival date.Very happy. Waited 2 years to find one.

      Bought 2 boxes of 5.7×28 federal ammo fmj for 47.99 per box. Went to ******* in Orem same ammo for 36.99 per box .store in Provo wouldn't honor their price match as stated on entrance door we will not be returning to this store for anything

      I seen a gun that was on sale, thought it was a good deal, if I applied for the in store card they would give a $50 credit. Awesome, on sale and save $50 on top of that! I was under $4 short on the card so I added a gift card. That would cover the cost. It kept declining the purchase. After over 30 minutes on the phone,( with a very helpful person) I was told that by using their gift card it removes the $50 discount. Got my money back for the gift card and cancelled the credit card. How does any of that make sense? I am in the market for a gun. I shall take my business elsewhere.

      Deceitful business. Items online (firearms) show in stock. After purchase turns out they are not IN stock. I also purchased a gift card to add to an item in stock surprise it's also not in stock. They lie website does not update . I have followed the same three items online for a month. Tried to purchase and called and I'm told they don't have it .so they sell items they don't physically have. Isn't that theft of service? I just want one of the items to come in stock so I can buy it and be done with sportmans warehouse. I buy plenty of firearms online this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Avoid this place at all cost. They will never see another cent from me .

      Total scam. Package was torn have open ring is the cheapest thing I have ever seen. Looks like some one wore it and threw it back in a Box. I know its not expensive but how deceiving. C***

      Bait and switch! Sent me a promo code with the exclusion of gift cards, guns, and ammunition in writing as fine prints of the promo.I ordered items that are not gift cards, guns, or ammunition.The promo code was shown as applied to the order, but the discount was never taken.I contacted customer service and spoke with a supervisor, whose name was "****", he literally said there is nothing they can do about it. They will not honor what they provided in writing.

      This review reflects on the ** company, not the *********** store. I received an email from Sportsmans that advertised a firearm I had been looking for. I clicked over to the website and made the purchase immediately. That was Feb 28, and my emailed invoice stated estimated pickup to be March 7. On March 9, after having heard nothing further, and when checking the order online it still stated pending, I called to see what was up. I was told the firearms acquisition team was working on acquiring the gun and would be in touch. Excuse me? You sold me a gun you dont even have? And you have a team that is doing the same thing I can do myself, I.e. find a gun online? And my credit card was charged? I hung up, found the exact same firearm at another source for the exact same price (although I had to pay shipping), made the purchase, called ** back and said to cancel the order. Now I get placed on hold for a few minutes, and when the person came back on the phone was told the firearms team had been notified and would attempt to cancel my order within a few days. Gracious! As an aside, I got an email the next day stating that my new pickup date was March 24, almost one month after placing the order.Folks, this outfit doesnt know how to do business apparently. They lost me as a customer, permanently. I suggest you look elsewhere for your sporting goods supplies.
