      Delivery guys were nice respectful and did a great job they actually picked up a washer and dryer. I have no complaints I’d recommend them. They even called me at 7:00 am to inform me they were on their way.
      I would have liked a call the night before that would be my recommendation in the future. Thanks

      Absolutely the worst. Driver dropped of a Evap Cooler in the front of my office. We asked if he could drop it off in our receiving area as the front has a small door and wont fit. He smiled and said no and walked away. Tried calling customer service, was on hold for over 40 minutes and call was never answered, tried online chat and no answer.

      every aspect of the delivery andset-up experience was perfect!
      they handled the sofa very carefully and took care and attention in the assembly.

      the two men who did the delivery/set-up were courteous and professional.
      for a home owner, it doesn't get any better!

      While it appeared that our delivery of couch and loveseat was delayed for a whole month, we contacted the carrier and indicated that we would not be available in a month so the original delivery date was rescheduled. We received the delivery exactly when it was supposed to be there, The two delivery men were pleasant, however, the weight of the couch and loveseat were exceptionally heavy and while they did get the furniture into the home where it needed to go, it was clear they had to work hard to get this furniture inside. No disrespect, they were careful and cared about the furniture, but it was clear the weight of the furniture ws unexpected. All in all, they did a great job and we were pleased with the outcome after the delivery.

      The delivery was HORRIBLE. No one bothered to check to make sure they items were correct at the terminal. There was no call to schedule deliver or call ahead. Two guys just showed up at my house and we’re non English speaking. They were clueless about how to deliver furniture. Additionally, I didn’t even get the level of service I paid for.

      Worst delivery services. Left heavy and extra large delivery package in the driveway despite of the request to move into safe place inside the garage. That caused damage to our $5000 home improvement item since it got wet by rain . Home Depot uses them as their delivery vendor and Home Depot was not aware of their new policy on threshold delivery. On top, we had paid extra to be delivered the item on a safe place , inside the garage or entry way. Delivery people didn’t have courtesy to help out with heavy weight item and ran away .

      This is the worst delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of being served by. They scheduled a delivery, missed the window, and then admitted they never had any drives going to my area that day, then re-scheduled the delivery for 2 days later and delivered 2 hours later than the delivery window. This company is a joke.

      NSD customer service is garbage. Every time I select speak to a representative on the phone their automated service hangs up on me. Also I could sit on their online chat for hours and nobody would ever respond. They don’t return emails and there is literally no other way to contact them. Worst shipping company EVER.

      Went through the process of scheduling a pick up - this took over a week. Then the day of the pick up - the pick up was randomly cancelled. I called NSD and they told me to contact they seller and start the process all over. Terrible experience and I just want to get my item picked up and returned so I can receive my refund ASAP.
