      Went through the process of scheduling a pick up - this took over a week. Then the day of the pick up - the pick up was randomly cancelled. I called NSD and they told me to contact they seller and start the process all over. Terrible experience and I just want to get my item picked up and returned so I can receive my refund ASAP.

      Delivery communication was great, and crew was fast and respectful of our home as we'll as item being delivered (treadmill). They were polite when we asked to save box from delivery. This was our 3rd experience with NSD as our treadmill had to be replaced due to malfunctioning component, and all 3 crews were excellent!

      If I could give less I would. I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks now for a return pick up. When I speak to someone they say the can’t get a hold of scheduling and they will call me with 2 days. Nobody calls. So I call every two days and they say the same thing over and over. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life and everyone that works there is absolute scum. You all are terrible and I hope this company closes down. By the way, STILL WAITING!!

      Worse damn company to deal with if you can ever get through to someone. You try to contact them and get nowhere. Use their online chat and only two CSRs to go through that constantly disconnect from the chat causing you to start over repeatedly with no answers. Call their Customer Service line and no one answers. Try their "call me back" option and no one calls you back.

      Ordered a bedroom set and it was delivered about a month in advance, so kudos for quick delivery. I was a little concerned about opening one of the dressers and discovering that the packaging was sub-par, which is by no means any fault of NSD. However, it was obvious the dresser had fallen over and smacked against something. As I watched the two delivery guys unload the 5 boxes I had delivered, they acted like your traditional movers by manhandling boxes. They only really cared about the "This side up" arrows once they got the box on the floor. I was at least glad they oriented the box once it was in my garage, but it was obvious they only cared once it got that far. So, overall, four stars - above average delivery speed, but just average package handling.

      Very friendly and helpful. Great guys. Texted before hand and where within the window given for delivery. Would definitely recommend.

      I ordered a rototiller from home depot. The order show delivered 5:35 on 7/3/2023. I never received a call and was home all day. There was delivery, no normal email the item was delivered.

      I have spent hours and weeks on the phone with these folks. This is the second time I've had to deal with this group and it's the same story. Wait 72hrs and someone will call you.to schedule shopping. Then you call back because they never call and they say they will expedite this and someone will call in24hrs then they don't. Then you call Amazon and wait on the phone with them as they try to resolve it... And then it's the same story. Someone will call in 24hrs. So.this will be the second time I've had to ask for a large dollar refund because this company was the "Last Mile" experts. Just cancel your order if they are the last leg of shipping.

      I had an ergonomic chair delivered from Sleep Galleria. The delivery driver was nothing but professional. He brought in the box containing the chair, unpackaged the chair, put the chair into its home, and he made sure the chair worked before he would leave the chair. Everything was by the book great.

      Our mattress purchase from JC Penney was delivered and we couldn’t be happier with the delivery service. We were notified by phone, email, and text with date and time of delivery. The guys were professional and friendly, and were finished in a few minutes. Excellent service.
