      Customer service reps and delivery staff were nice and professional.

      The service itself was not. 2 items were listed as being delivered to this company's warehouse.

      On the day of delivery, the guys said, "the warehouse couldn't find 1 of the 2 packages."

      Instead of this being an issue for NSD to resolve, it's now my issue to figure out.

      Also, unlike FedEx and UPS, NSD's tracking is subpar. No ETA ever given and that means no way to even tentatively plan on when to be home. Yes, early ETAs are subject to change, but having some rough idea of when items are going to be delivered is appreciated and helpful

      We had a loveseat delivered from JC Penney...very good driver and delivery experience. Thankful he came early and helped us..

      The delivery went well, I was notified 2 days before the delivery, and I was called 30 min before the delivery came. Excellent service!

      If I could give this company no stars or have negative strikes that bring them down to an absolute zero in terms of rating, I would do it.

      I ordered a dining table for our office kitchen from Amazon. At checkout we chose a delivery date/window. We rearranged our schedules to be present. The original time was 11am-2pm. I sat from 10am-5pm missing lunch and having to reschedule a meeting. No show, no call, online tracking was never updated. I called their customer service line twice--on hold both times for about 20 minutes, at which point a robot stated I would receive a call back on the number I called from and disconnected the call. I received no call back that day.

      The next morning, I called the customer service line--again, left to wait and disconnected. Incensed, I called Amazon customer service. The agent spoke to NSD and told me that they said it would be delivered the next day (2 days later than the scheduled delivery). Mind you, the tracking in their system showed the table was at one of their centers just an hour's drive away AND had been showing as out for delivery since 4am on the original delivery date. The Amazon agent pleaded with me to just give it a day because NSD swears they'll be here tomorrow. AFTER I spoke to Amazon, NSD finally called me back. They let me know I would get a call on my cell phone before delivery.

      So, I had to clear my schedule a third day to play the waiting game. This morning as I am sitting in the office lobby (where the table is set to be delivered), I receive an email from Amazon: "a delivery attempt was made; we couldn't leave your item unattended." At the time of their alleged attempt I was sitting right in view of the front door. There was no one. The tracking shows that the attempt was made in the city where their warehouse is, not in my town. Needless to say, this company is completely unprofessional, devoid of customer service, and is a coming off as a complete sham.

      I'll be requesting a refund from Amazon ASAP!

      37485214 This is my tracking number my name is Bruno Rodriguez on 6/20/23 I had a set of furniture delivered to my home the delivery guys tricked my daughter into signing having the items in still in the truck she was expecting them to bring it inside and take the trash with them but they didn’t instead they disrespected her when she tried talking to them we had paid to have it brought inside the house my daughter was scare about this people this company hires anyone to save money while bringing crazy people to our homes I’m attempting to file charges on this workers for abuse

      The delivery people were efficient and professional. They were knowledgable in assembling the products. They were respectful and pleasant.
      The only thing I would like to see changed is the automated contact used to inform of the delivery. It does not allow the customer any flexibility for negotiating date or time. I would prefer contact from a human or at least the flexibility to reject or change the date or time to one more convenient for the customer.

      Impossible to get a status of delivery. Told on truck but doesn't arrive after I have been sitting home all day. Keeps changing the delivery date. Item has been sitting in depot an hour and a half away for 2 weeks. Home Depot are idiots for using this company. Will not order drop ship again. Only putting 1 star because required.

      This shipping company is a joke. My shipment has been sitting only 50 miles away for five days.. I called to find out why and they gave a no info response on why. They could care less about customer service. My order cost $800.00 and was supposed to be delivered on as a birthday gift, so much for that!

      I think this company is running a scam, beware! I ordered from Home Depot, the item was supposed to be delivered on June 8th. NOTHING showed up, i was home all day and have cameras on my house to prove NO deliveries. NSD marked the item as delivered. Now for the best part.... try to reach them! Called - no answer, emailed - only automated message saying "item was delivered", online chat - waiting 30 min. then conviently communitcation error. I had to contact Home Depot to contact them... only to get the aswer they "will do a dock search" after you LIED and said it was delivered???? They dont even deserve one star.
