      We ordered a patio table and 6 chairs from Home Depot on May 29 with delivery expected in June 6. On June 8, I received a call from NSD saying it would be delivered the next day. I waited all day on June 9. At 5:30, tracking updated as delivered. NOTHING was delivered. I call NSD and was disconnected 3 times. Finally Home Depot connected me to NSD and the rep said it says it was delivered and said maybe I didn’t look hard enough?!? How do you lose a patio table and 6 chairs?? This exact thing happened last year with 4 patio chairs. Home Depot should reconsider using NSD as their delivery carrier. Hours of phone calls and still no patio dining set! Very frustrating and disappointing.

      This company is a logistical nightmare.

      Tracking stated delivery scheduled for 6-6-23 and went “out for delivery”. Later, went to “scheduled delivery” again for 6-7-23 9:30am-12:30pm. I wouldn’t be home for 24 hours, so I called seeing if they could do 6-8-23. Spoke to a human this time. Nope, they can reschedule, I cannot. Alright. No explanation on why this was “out to delivery” and back to “scheduled delivery” besides maybe “truck issues”.

      Delivery never showed 6-7-23. Cannot get ahold of a human and no call back as the recording that hung up on me stated. Tracking still showing “out for delivery 9:30am-12:30pm”.

      Next day, 6-8-23, tracking updated stated it was in fact delivered 6-7-23 at 12:15pm. Get on the phone again, can’t get a human, no call back as the automated line stated I would. Finally got someone on “chat” who stated they have starting investigating where the package is and that it showed it was delivered at its destination.

      Got an automated call a couple hours later from “empire” stating a delivery is 10 minutes out. Package received, empire was great, no damage to shipment.

      They finally update tracking with the ACTUAL delivery date and time.

      Never received a follow up or further communication.

      I’m not sure how a company can state a package was delivered, and upon consultation, not know what happened, or that it was handed over to a different company they obviously partner with and figured the package was lost. I was completely out of the loop wondering when or if I was going to receive the delivery. Home Depot can thank non stop shipping for the loss of a customer for large big ticket items. I’ll shop elsewhere in hopes a different freight company is utilized. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.

      I am happy with the delivery of my order.They brought - up my coach and mattress upstarirs and
      put them where I wanted . They assemble my coach and made sure was working.

      Horrible customer service! On the off chance that you actually speak to a customer service representative they
      can't give you a delivery update for 3-5 days. WTH.
      The status on my particular delivery was scheduled for
      June 2nd. The updated status was that the package was
      at the last mile terminal waiting for delivery.
      Well here we are 5 days after my request for update.
      No call from driver. No delivery.
      Possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt
      with.

      The two young men who delivered my new mattress and box spring I found to be professional, thoughtful and courteous. They called in advance to let me know they were on their way. The deliver was great. I have no complaints or issues with this delivery.

      I placed an order with home depot who hired NSD to deliver my bed. They have had my package since may 30th. The delivery instructions said - no signature required, 30 min courtesy call and delivered to first available dry area. On June 1st their company called me at 9:01 am - I was in a meeting at work. I checked the tracking when I got out of my meeting and the delivery was marked as "delivery/pick up attempted" at 9:12 am. That's not a 30 min courtesy call, first and foremost. 2nd I attempted to contact the cell phone number back and no one answered. June 2nd they marked my tracking at 7:53am as "unable to reach customer" - that was a lie. No one contacted me. And at 7:57am they again marked my package as "delivery/pick up attempted". I contacted NSD headquarters who informed me that they had put in notes that they had the incorrect phone number - strange because they called me on June 1st with no issue. They then stated that my package wasn't being delivered because they didn't have the apartment number - again the lady at the headquarters stated that was also a lie that she had the apartment number on her end. I have talked to no less than 5 people at NSD all of whom say they are escalating my issue with the correct information yet here we are June 5th and there is no updated delivery date and I still do not have my package!! I am beyond annoyed with this company! Target, USPS, UPS, Amazon have all delivered my packages within this time frame with NO issue. I want an estimated arrival and I expect my bed delivered to my home ASAP with NO more lies told! Unfortunately for Home Depot I will never order online from them again due to this company they hired and the hassle it has taken and I still have no bed!

      I ordered a bathroom vanity and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. They were supposed to call and never did. Then the tracking said "delivered" but it's not here! I tried calling numerous times but nobody answers the phone. Now I have a contractor coming in 2 days to do my bathroom and I don't have one of the main pieces.

      Horrible! Ordered Kamado Joe grill from Home Depot, online. Home Depot said delivery will be May 30th. We should expect a phone call day of delivery. Nothing. Longer story short still no grill. I tracked the order, it came back DELIVERED! WHAT? BS! I was here all day looking and expecting. NOTHING! Home Depot told me, sorry but it’s policy once it’s designated as delivered and that I would have to do contact my bank to stop payment. WHAT ? BS! Home Depot sub contracts their deliveries to this company. We were told they’re doing an internal investigation but stand firm that it was delivered. No photos, no signatures, nothing. Home Depot, stand up for your customers and do the right thing. You investigate the delivery! You hired them, not me! So frustrated and missing a grill.

      I recently bought a $3,000 bed from NSD considering the advertising that your company does regarding your “platinum white glove” delivery. I was disappointed that your men didn’t assemble the entire bed. They set up the frame but they wouldn’t touch the support bars and mattress which came in the mail.

      I recently engaged NSD's delivery and assembly service to have an exercise bike delivered and set up at my home. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the entire experience.

      Upon inspecting the exercise bike shortly after the delivery team left, it became evident that the assembly was not conducted to an acceptable standard. To my astonishment, various parts of the bike were either loose or completely detached. The bottom vanity plate, in particular, was not attached at all, compromising the stability and safety of the equipment. Moreover, I discovered that the foot pedal latch was installed upside down and backward, rendering it practically useless. I had to personally reattach the foot pedal latch correctly to ensure proper functionality. Additionally, the arm of the bike exhibited significant instability, making the overall experience while using the bike unsatisfactory.

      My disappointment with NSD's delivery and assembly service was further compounded by the unprofessional behavior of the delivery personnel. Throughout the entire process, the delivery men exhibited a complete disregard for professionalism and basic courtesy. They repeatedly used offensive language and cursed extensively while assembling the exercise bike. Furthermore, rather than focusing on the task at hand, they seemed more preoccupied with criticizing and berating my dogs, resorting to foul names instead of ensuring the correct assembly of the product.

      While I appreciate prompt delivery, the complete lack of attention to detail and the unprofessional behavior displayed during this experience are unacceptable. As a result, I cannot recommend NSD's delivery and assembly service to others and would advise potential customers to consider alternative options for their delivery and assembly needs.
