      The company called and said they would be at my house between 8-12 to deliver Nordic Track treadmill. I did tell them I had to work but worked close enough to home they could call ahead of time. They called at 8:10 they were 20 minutes out, and they arrived at 8:35. They unloaded the treadmill, and placed it exactly where I wanted it, set it up and took all of the packaging materials with them. I could not have asked for a better experience.

      The worst company I have ever felt with! They lost my Home Depot Firepit Patio set! They rescheduled three times before admitting they lost it! We reordered and the truck was too big to come on a driveway! My husband had to take his truck and pick it up! It was opened, wet and damaged all boxes. We waited five weeks for them to do a pick up! Finally Home Depot came and picked up the damaged items! Run if they have your shipment! Cancel your order!

      Worst logistics company ever. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone at NSD for over 2 weeks now for an actual status update.

      My order has been sitting in my local terminal since 5/12. It was scheduled for delivery last Friday, 5/19. Around 6 I received a notification from Home Depot that my order was delivered. This was for a 400+ pound safe that I had to sign for. I never signed for anything and it was never delivered.

      I’ve contacted your customer service at least a dozen times. Nobody can help me. They can’t get in contact with the terminal. They put in for a dock search after my delivery was not actually delivered.

      I called this past Monday, 5/22. The CSR told me the terminal had 72 business hours to respond to their dock search request, and if I hadn’t heard back by EOD Wednesday to call Thursday.

      I just got off the phone with a very rude employee, she stated “I see they updated it on the 23rd that they can’t provide any updates, but they’ll be reaching out to you to schedule the delivery”

      To which I responded I can’t trust or believe anything you or your company is telling me. How can they schedule a delivery for something they can’t find.

      If you order anything and see NSD as the carrier CANCEL THE ORDER.

      Non stop delivery was contracted to deliver our furniture. We were supposed to be called within 5-7 days, but it has been sitting in their delivery terminal for almost 6 weeks. They have not called or emailed to schedule delivery. The only phone number publicly available is not answered, only gives the option for a call back and the call back never comes. Tried the online chat and was told this is just part of the "delivery process" and then they disconnected.

      The delivery service was very professional. They called and scheduled the appointment a week in advance and they called the day of delivery, when they were 10 minutes away. They showed up and delivered furniture with no problem.

      0 stars! Ordered a fireplace/ TV stand. Company states that it was delivered to our driveway. I have cameras that prove otherwise. Customer service is non-existent and anyone that we get ahold of is very dismissive. Where is the accountability?

      NSD uses Manko Delivery Systems for deliveries in central FL for Home Depot. I received a delivery from Manko, (Tampa) that was destroyed. Before HD would issue refund, I had to wait 2 wks for Manko, a LOCAL company, to pick up item. Before the driver left my home, they sent a pic of the item in a near empty truck. They had left the 2 lg crates it was sitting on and used for delivery in my driveway. So I asked the driver, to take crates before they left, as I don't have a way to dispose of crates. They quickly sent a picture of the invoice, from NSD, showing that it did not say they had to take the crates. THEY HAD TO REMOVE ITEM FROM THE CRATES TO LOAD IN TRUCK!!!! I called Manko Delivery Systems and was told they would call driver and call me back. NOPE! I called again and was told the manager would call the driver to get the crates and they would call me back. NO CALL BACK! I tried calling again because it was 2:30 on Friday and I assumed they would just ignore me until they closed and would not show or call me back, per the numerous awful google reviews. I was assured that was not true. They never showed or called. I called again before closing, they picked up phone and hung it up and never would answer again. Please look at there numerous one star review about how horrible this company is at their job. Delivery companies are paid to deliver products safe and securely without costing customers extra time or money. Customers have taken off work to wait for deliveries that never arrive as scheduled and never receive notice of change. I have to figure out how to dispose of crates left in my driveway. The NSD name is on invoice not Manko, so I am assuming you are responsible for the horrendous service. I never leave reviews, everyone has an off day but their response, driver to management, was the worst. When I called HD, they gave nearly 50% off if I would pick up the reorder in store, and told me it was because this particular delivery company was so bad.

      If you order anything from Amazon and it's shipped with NSD, BEWARE!!!! Return it to Amazon Immediately and as them to use someone else. Amazon literally shipped 4-200lbs boxes for furniture. NSD literally left it on the crate and dropped it outside of my garage and said good luck. I asked about the threshold and the driver stated that inside my garage is considered the threshold so if I don't want it in my garage he would leave it outside my garage. I had to figure a way to get all the furniture to my basement and assemble it myself (I called prior to deliver to ask about assembly and they stated they do not assemble furniture ordered from amazon). There were other issues leading up to delivery such as rescheduling and providing delivery times in a window that changed twice the day of delivery. DO NOT USE NSD!!!!

      Absolutely awful. They have delivered three times for me now (only because HD contracts with them).

      First time they said package would arrive on Monday. I took Monday off work as it was bad weather and the items needed to be brought in immediately. No package. I received another email that there was a delay and the package would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday comes...no package. I received another email notifying me of a delay and that the package will come Thursday. Left to run errands on Wednesday and come home to the packages strewn across the driveway in the pouring rain. Empty pallets where thrown in the middle of the front yard. Not only were the contents of the packages damaged but they were water logged and I spent the remainder of the evening using a hairdryer to save what was left of them

      Second time. I received an email stating the package will arrive on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and I receive an email stating that my package was delivered that day at 08:30AM. Went outside...no package. Called customer service and they stated package was delivered. I informed them it was not and they conducted a "warehouse search." Magically the package shows up two days later

      Third time. I receive an email saying I will get my package on Monday the 15th. Monday comes and goes....no package. I get an email saying package was delivered on Monday at 7pm. It is now Wednesday. Still no package. Called HD customer service as they are the ones who contract this "delivery" service. They have to call NSD and they say that their records show the package was delivered. Now they are again doing a warehouse search for a missing package. This company is absolutely incompetent. No excuse to mark something delivered when it hasn't been...especially multiple time. No idea how they are still in business

      NSD delivered our mattress and box spring yesterday. I was so pleased with them. They called to say they would be at my home in 20 minutes and they were punctual. They were extremely courteous and efficient. They were very careful in bringing in the items which was somewhat of an obstacle course since our house in the midst of renovations. I wish all deliveries went so smoothly and that all delivery people were as pleasant as these two men were.
