      THE WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT with ever!!!!

      Package never arrived.
      Would not answer calls
      Would not answer emails
      Would not answer “chat” that was available on website.

      Stated my package was out for delivery, never showed up. Two days later when tracking package, the website stated it was rescheduled. Waited another week all while still trying to get ahold of someone to no avail, website then states it was delivered on the original date. I’m not sure how they could even back track that and make it like it didn’t just say “rescheduled”?!

      I’m left with no refund and no package!!!

      The delivery service was very professional. They called and scheduled the appointment a week in advance and they called the day of delivery, when they were 10 minutes away. They showed up and delivered furniture with no problem.

      They were horrible they came in drug the new furniture across the floors and damaged them I got three quotes as they asked and they didn't like the price so now there lying saying I didn't say anything for 8 day which was false. it was less then 24 hours. then there next excuse for not wanting to take care of the damage is that the guys that delivered it said they didn't do it. I would lie too if I committed over 5k of damage to someones floors. and now they won't even talk to me in person

      My shipment of a very large industrial steel cabinet arrived on the date and within the time slot that it was supposed to and I received a call about thirty minutes before it arrived, everything was great.

      I have been waiting for my sofa twice as long as they promised and I still can’t get a hold of them to set up delivery. Last person I spoke with said they would call me that same day or the following day, that was a week ago and I have no idea when it will be delivered. Terrible customer service and they lie to your face.

      Terrible Delivery Company. Not sure how they are in business. Incumbent employees and there tracking system is all lies and not what is happening with your package. Please make sure you check what Delivery company is shipping your product before you make a purchase. Whoever is running this company should be ashamed.

      Delivery was supposed to be made 4/21. On 5/4 there is still no delivery and near impossible contact. They deserve negative stars.

      I was told that the delivery would take place between 10am and 2pm. I got a call at 2pm that they would arrive in one hour and 10 minutes. They arrived in one hour and 40 minutes. No call to tell me they would be even further behind - at this point they showed up at my house at 3:40pm, almost 2 hours outside the initial window. I consider this rude as it threw off my whole day of planned commitments. Would never opt to use this service in the future if I had the choice.
