      I ordered a mattress set via JCPenney and paid $25 for "haul away" service. On 1/17/24 upon arrival with the set the two personnel refused to "haul away" the current box spring set stating it was "stained". There is nothing in written policy stating there is a limit on what is "hauled away" and the two personnel could not show me any documentation of this policy. I have not yet been refunded for the "haul away" service they did not provide. I will also be informing JCPenney not to sell a service that MAY or MAY NOT be provided depending upon the opinion of a 3rd party company AFTER I've already paid for a service. As of the writing of this review I HAVE NOT been refunded.

      This company has no business still operating! They can’ t even compete a simple delivery. I have lost even more faith that I will receive my item after reading the reviews. Not one decent review. That tells me that they are doing this with every delivery they get. I ordered a fireplace from a big box store and according to the shipment information they have used these incompetent fools for delivery. It has been sitting in a wharehouse 40 minutes from me for over a week. Can’t get anyone to give me an answer why it hasn’t been delivered. Totally useless company!!!!!

      NSD delivered a chair for me. Went very smoothly. I had missed a call to schedule the delivery and I called back after hours and someone picked up! I was able to take delivery of the chair ASAP and they took the packing materials away with them.

      I purchased a sofa through Amazon and NSD was their vendor of choice for delivery. I waited in my apartment all day (with a clear view of the apartment entrance) and there was no delivery truck. Amazon says they "made an attempt" but no attempt nor call was made.

      I received a random phone call on this day. My phone rang twice and then hung up. No voicemail or anything. I've tried calling multiple times to reschedule the delivery but now I just want my money back and to be done with.

      Do not use this business when shopping on Amazon!

      Delivery man & woman was very friendly and courteous and arrived on time. They called in advance to let me know they would be there in about 30minutes.

      I recently had my mattress delivered, and I live on the third floor, the two gentlemen were very respectful and friendly, they were communicating with me until they arrived at my apartment, I really appreciate the great customer service and efficient delivery service.

      I ordered a set of Twin XL Mattresses & box springs a month ago. I called the store where i ordered from and was told that They were shipped out two weeks ago from the manufacturer and have been sitting in a warehouse 165 miles away for 10 days. I was supposed to receive a call on December 4 to schedule delivery. My tracking number says the mattresses were scheduled to be delivered December 11-13. Still no call & no delivery. I have called this delivery company, NSD, 15 times in the past 5 days trying to get my order. I need these beds for company for the upcoming holiday. I keep getting the run-around. I have even offered to drive the 330 miles myself to pick up my order, and was told they can't do that. The customer service number immediately puts your call on hold and after 20 mins they disconnect the call. Good luck reaching an actual person. Communication from this company is abysmal. When you can finally reach an actual representative, No one has answers or solutions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

      Horrible. Ordered a pool table from Amazon and these guys shipped it. Said it was in my town when it was not, it was in a different state. So rather than it coming the next day it came two days later. Once we did get it delivered there was a HUGE hole in the side of the box. Delivery guys just dropped it off and acted like it wasnt there. By the time I got saw the hole they were gone. I peeked through the hole and saw that the felt on the pool table was all scratched and town up. It was so bad you could see the wood that the table is made out of. I just dont understand how a shipping company can still be running with all of their issues. Extremely poor service.

      Terrible. Scheduled a delivery and didn't show! Can't get anyone to respond or answer phone.
      Home Depot should not use!
