      We were very happy with the service provided by your delivery men. They arrived as scheduled, were extremely friendly, and brought our mattress and box spring in the house and upstairs in minutes. They even set them up in the frame, saving us a great deal of struggling. There was a mixup with the haul away authorization but they didn’t question the validity and cheerfully took our old set with them. Thank you!

      They delivered a very heavy dresser. Excellent customer service.. called ahead & told me they were on their way. Took great care unloading it & getting it delivered. When they arrived the driver explained everything they were going to do & signatures they needed from us. Friendly, professional & took their job very seriously.

      I received a call on Thursday in which they left a message saying they would be dropping off the shipment on Monday, and giving me a number to call if I needed to reschedule. I immediately called them back. Nobody was available to answer my call, but I left a message saying that Monday would *not* work, but we could be there to accept delivery Tuesday or Wednesday, or if they needed to set up another time to please call me. I heard nothing back, and when I tried to call again, again nobody was available to talk to.

      On Monday, while I was three states away, my video doorbell gave me a notice of motion at my front door. When I looked at it, I watched the delivery men drop off the package and walk away.

      Fortunately the weather was okay, and the package was still fine by the time we could get it pulled inside - but the whole experience was sub-par.

      Great customer service, ever time I called they answered my questions. Ask for a call when they leave there last stop before coming to me. They did was very friendly and courteous. Could not be at my apartment for delivery so they were nice enough to go to leasing office and gave maintenance let them in. Thank you for a life simplified moment. I truly appreciate it.

      After being notified 3 times that my shed was going to be delivered today. Between 9 and one, all 3 of us were standing there with appropriate tools to help get. The shut off took time off from work even and they never showed up. But instead I get a message saying that it was undeliverable because no one was home, which is a huge giant lie plus they're supposed to call me a 1/2 hour ahead of time which they never did. I ended Up telling Amazon. Just cancel the order. Refund me my money. Luckily Amazon, just do that. After finding out we couldn't get ahold of anybody there. So they lie say they're gonna deliver it. You take the time off from work and there. You are missing thousands of dollars between the 3 of us. We could have been doing something else. I would not recommend this company did anybody anybody

      Worst delivery ever! Will never use them again. Ordered a dresser and set up delivery and the day of delivery couldn’t find it. Had to call Amazon support to get answers. NSD did not communicate well at all. Did not get everything that went to dresser so had to contact manufacturer to get the parts. I saved money going this way but not worth it in the long run.

      My dresser was delivered damaged and I was forced to accept it and make a claim with 1Stopbedrooms. I don’t know if it was damaged before leaving warehouse or during transport. It’s been several days with no resolve and I have a damaged dresser taking up space in my bedroom while I’m living out of a suitcase.
      I want to leave 0 stars but that option is unavailable.

      Ordered a recliner from JCPenny, was told it would be delivered by NSD. Received a email and texts with delivery date and time. Box had superficial damage but product was undamaged. I live outside the DC metro area and the delivery was made after 6PM. Not a problem for me as delivery was made within the 2 hour window, but the delivery crew had at least a 2 hour drive back to their base. I was pleasantly surprised.

      They delivered an entire bedroom set (bed, dresser, chest, nightstands). No damage to any of it. The two men were courteous and professional.
