      I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered a pain of shoes for a family members birthday. As soon as I got the notification it was delivered I went to go look and nothing was there. I waited a bit and checked everywhere again, and there was no package. I sent a message to lasership and they said they can’t do anything because it was marked delivered. A couple days later the same thing happened to a family members package, same carrier was lasership. I don’t understand why some companies I buy from have never used lasership and decide to start now when everyone hates this company and has never received their packages. If I find out a company uses lasership I will no longer buy from that company, that is bad business. For all the negative reviews of people saying they got a delivery notification and not receiving their packages sound like they are marking the packages as delivered but stealing the packages. This company is a complete scam and I’m baffled as to why anyone else would decide to do business with them. They should be shut down.

      I had a package sent from ****, who is now a customer of laser shipping. I ordered a nice pair of sneakers and jacket. The shipment was marked delivered. Per checking my ring cameras. There are 2 on my property…the packages weren’t there or compromised. I filed an investigation with both nike and laser shipping. Although refunded money. The shoes were now out of stock. Sadly, laser shipping business sent an email saying the investigation is closed. Their records shows the package as shipped. Basically their driver stole my package. This is DISGUSTING! Hardworking people and top businesses are getting robbed by laser shipping.

      I have been trying to pick up my package from the Redlands, ** location for almost 2 weeks now and have received no response from them. I have called customer service and spoken with them every day requesting updates but they have been no help. They only put in the request for pick up last Thursday so there has been a SERIOUS delay. No one is taking my concerns seriously. If my package is at that facility then I should be able to pick it up; there shouldn't be a 2-week process with no updates. None of the managers are returning my phone calls as I've tried to speak with them as well. I am so frustrated with this company. Someone needs to get in contact with me immediately.

      This shipping company is garbage! I never have a problem with any shipping company I've used in the past but lasership. They marked my package as delivered and took a picture of the package and said it was delivered. Then the delivery driver took up back my package. So I figured out that they are stealing people packages. And I see so many people complaining about the same thing, this delivery company needs to shut down ASAP. I called customer service and they cannot help me or give me back my money I would like for this to be resolved .

      Like others have said. Lasership fails to deliver on time and then lies about it. First they said they couldn't deliver bc they needed a code. That’s a lie. The next day they said they delivered it to me, with a hen scratch as a signature. Another lie. I still haven’t received the package. I complained to the retailer who told me to wait a couple more days. WTF! I will never order from them again. This isn’t the first time this had happened with same retailer and Lasership.

      A month already and I haven't receive my package yet. It shows it went from ohio to California to florida to denve back to California and to Colorado.

      Scam company. Ordered from
      Nike online. Package was shipped via LaserShip. Package sat in facility for a week about 20 mins away from my house. I finally emailed asking what the delay was and got an email 2 days later. Magically my tracking was updated that it was out for delivery and delivered within 6 minutes with a signature that isn’t even mine. No one attempted or came to my house during that time frame. Hope someone is enjoying my shoes. Thankfully Nike gave me a refund but that’s terrible they have to pay the price for stolen merchandise. Will research companies who ship with this company and won’t order online with them.

      Lasership makes me not want to order anything from Nike again! For some reason,logic doesn't seem to be utilized by the drivers in my personal experience. So 2 out of 2 times that they've delivered my order,they delivered it to the correct address but it's a business & that business is closed on Sunday! Both times it was delivered to a closed business on a Sunday & the delivery driver took a picture of it in front of the sign that said...you guessed it(SUNDAY-CLOSED). The 1st time I coincidently saw the email in time to run up there & get the package in time. Most recently,not so lucky. Hopefully this stops because it really just doesn't make sense....to me anyway!

      I ordered a pair of shoes from Nike and the company picked up my item and who ever was responsible for scanning and delivering my package literally scanned the package in and said it was delivered to me all in a 4 minute window. The package location was at minimum, 45 minutes away. It is impossible to do all of the activities in that time frame. It's evident that someone just scanned it out their system and took the package. When I called they said they would investigate and then they literally just back dated and marked the package as left on the front porch the day before at 12:00 pm. This would have been a Sunday and they don't even deliver to residential customers on Sundays. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. Also, not to mention the obvious, I have cameras.

      I had a delivery today from this shipping company and the box was cut open and the product was stolen all that was left was the box the product was in. $90 worth of merchandise gone!!!
      DISGUSTING!!!!
