  This is without a doubt the most ineffective company I have ever seen in my 70 years of doing business. Twice in the same week they have delivered packages from ********** to addresses in another part of the city. Thanks to ********* the party who received these packages, reported that they have received something they didn't order. I don't know how they stay in business, because people where I live all know how unreliable they are, and try to work with each other to take care of the business that OnTrac is failing so miserably with.I recommend that every package that is mis-delivered, results in a claim for non-delivery, and cancellation of charges with the companies who are using their service. The companies sending them business won't stop until it costs them for every mis-delivery.

  The front door of my building is on a very busy street with parking meters. More so, my package clearly states an apartment number yet it was delivered at the said front where passersby can easily grab. For over 5years at this location no delivery driver from FedEx,UPS or DHL have ever left a package there.They will either use the back door, call to find out if am home,drop at a pick up location or send a missed delivery email.

  OnTrac in ****, ****** has left several packages for ** prior to our open hours. This means that OnTrac is leaving our items on a downtown street, out in the open, for anyone to take. We have had 3 packages stolen due to their irresponsible delivery method.Our ************ of operation are clearly posted just above where they set the packages. If OnTrac just changed their delivery time in Downtown ****, ******, then it would resolve these problems. Instead, they have been horribly careless with items we have paid hard earned money for. They take no responsibility for any of this. We are now refusing to order with any company that ships with OnTrac. The last item that was taken from our front door was $370.75. Seriously-in what world is it ok to be so disregarding with other people's belongings?!? How they are in business is a giant mystery.

  I have had nothing but horrible experiences with Lasership, across multiple companies that have worked with them and even multiple states. Both packages from American Eagle Outfitters (in Miami, FL) and Amazon (in Queens, NY) have been “delivered” yet nothing showed up at my doorstop. Every time I see a company using them as my shipping carrier, I know something will be “lost.” Have filed multiple complaints but nothing seems to happen. Not sure how they can have such a high rating when it is obvious from customer reviews that they are a horrible company. If there is anything we can do to ensure big companies don’t work with them, please let me know.

  You stink you got lazy punks working for you that dont pay attention to delivery instructions or maybe are illiterate and cant read the BIG SIGN on the door that says .... All deliveries are to be put by the mailboxes NOT LEFT ON STEPS !!! please and thank you. and with Amazon orders I request a picture for proof of delivery guess what your ignorant pos's dont listen i oity your company

  I ordered from fashion nova 2 weeks ago, my order was allegedly delivered but I never received anything, someone signed for it with a name no one in my family has. They basically told me there was nothing I can do about it because they delivered it to the right address but not the right door or person. This is the second time they’ve done this. Terrible customer service, and something needs to be done.

  Hello, I placed an order from retail company UO. Unbeknownst to me, they have changed the delivery carrier. The shipment was sent as two different orders. I checked my tracking for it to state it had been delivered. Great but where to?? As I hadn't received it in my hand. I look harder at the tracking to realize the driver had left it in the lobby of my apartment building, by the front door. How incompetent and unbelievable. We don't have a mail room or a doorman here. This is New York City people steal. I emailed the company they state they will do an investigation. I call the retailer I'm told once the item has shipped it's out of their hand file a police report and contact my bank. I did some research online and was told by a friend quickly they're the worst delivery known to man. There's a Wikipedia article on Lasership stating the many problems that they have. The next step is to file a police report. Do not use it if you can avoid it. You can kiss your item goodbye.

  This company is running a major scam! I truly hope they are shut down immediately. They will mark your package as delivered, but it will never show up. There is nobody that will speak to you on the phone. They launch an “internal investigation” and they tell you to contact the vendor, insisting your package was delivered. This has happened three times now! Shame on them! And shame on any merchant for using lasership! This is no accident, it is a deliberate scam they are running
